Pros

It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I love the feature of uploading bank statements and all that information being entered automatically! A real time saver.

Cons

I would like to see automatic filing with the Ministry of Finance for the Estate Information Return.

There was a bit of a learning curve at first on the intake form but each day it gets easier to use and I become more familiar on where to find things.

Pros

I love that all of the forms are prepopulated across the board when inputting information

Cons

the postal code feature doesn't always bring up the correct postal code. I also found it difficult to learn how to attach liabilities to an asset at first.

The accounting software is invaluable. Prior to acquiring Estateably we would use Excel and I prefer Estateably for its ease of use.

Pros

I like the up to date forms and the accounting features.

Cons

I would like a manual so that I could learn how more efficiently to use the program.

As above, the documents included in the package are easy to use, and the package is all-inclusive.

Pros

I am not an employee of our Winnipeg office, I am assisting from our Calgary office. I found that this program is very easy to use, it covers all of the bases, and included documentation that I would otherwise be unfamiliar with (i.e. documents and letters that I may not know to include).

Cons

At the time being, I haven't come across anything I don't like.
