As an Atlassian Consultant, I’ve implemented Getint for multiple clients to integrate Jira and Monday.com. It’s a reliable solution that enables smooth two-way synchronization and keeps teams aligned across tools.

Pros

Flexible field and status mapping, strong two-way sync, and excellent customer support. It works well for different client use cases and reduces manual effort significantly.

Cons

What I liked most about Getint is how simple and fast it is to set up, while still being powerful. Cons

What I liked least is that the initial learning curve can feel slightly confusing at the beginning, especially when understanding advanced configuration options. However, once familiar with it, the experience has been smooth and reliable so far.

Pros

The integration has an easy to use UI. Within a day, you can get various workflows up and running. I was surprised with how intuitive it is to use the tool. Their documentation is thorough and is a great resource. The tool itself is reliable and has been great for our teams. Support is quick with their assistance. If something doesn't work as intended, they have always been able to come up with a solution for us in a timely manner.

Cons

The tool is not perfect. Sometimes there are bugs, but again, the team is always quick to resolve them.

The integration process was straightforward and well-documented, making the initial setup smooth. Getint provided flexible field mapping and supports complex synchronization scenarios, which allowed us to align Jira and ServiceNow workflows without heavy customization. The real-time sync between cases and bugs helped improve visibility and collaboration between teams working across both platforms.

It's super easy to integrate different systems, we tried out with ServiceNow - Jira integration which was very helpful for us.

Cons

Would be better to decrease the sync run timer from 180 seconds to less for GetInt Cloud so that it would reduce sync time.

Pros

Our Jira partner suggested us to use GetInt as a sync tool between Jira and Azure DevOps. Our partner and the GetInt support team were always available to clarify every doubt and to help us to set up correctly all the configurations. The addon includes a wizard that helps you to set up correctly every parameter and each configuration is well described. The support team is responsive and takes care of your issues in a very short time. This plugin saved a lot of time (and money) in the sync activity because before was manual and with a lot of errors.

Cons

At this moment everything is working fine so I don't have anything to say. Hope the addon keeps working fine like now.

We’ve been using GETINT to synchronize tickets between JSM and ADO, and the experience has been very good. The seamless integration has made our way of working more efficient. Combined with our own strong SDLC processes, the tool enables us to provide effective support for our leading-edge software products in the life sciences industry.

\- Easy to use while still offering a wide range of features. - Setting up and maintaining new connections ("Workflows") is straightforward - Runs stable while offering logs and analytics for transparency - Helpdesk support is really quick, reliable, and helpful when specific inquiries arise.

\- If anything, some of the specific setting could be documented better or ideally with context help (incl. the interaction with other available setting).

We have an integration that makes the ServiceNOW flow for Jira, but with the plugin we can do the reverse flow, with little cost for the company and with more deliveries.

Pros

Excellent support, with personalized service and prompt response. Easy-to-configure plugin. Delivers rich value for Jira and ServiceNOW integration.

Cons

It lacks some configurations, but the development team is constantly improving the tool. Another point is a way to scale the configuration, without having to do it project by project.

Great, they have had great communication and the product seems to fit our needs. I would recommend this to others, and have already shared it internally as an option for other people to use.

Pros

It does what it's intended to do in a straight forward interface. They have a responsive staff who is able and eager to help out.

Cons

It is ultimately tied to the APIs of the services. So there are times where its ability to do what I'm looking for is hindered simply because the service wont allow getint to do it.

It was very easy to configure and get working. When additional projects and issue types where added into scope, it was easy to duplicate the existing syncs and modify them.

Pros

Flexibility to sync exactly how we want between differently configured systems. Despite different statuses and working methods, we can share data back & forth.

Cons

When one business wants to sync with another, licensing is required for both entities. Often this is initiated by only one party, there should be an easier mechanism to shift fiscal responsibility to only one party.

Good, as is an easy Addon and more cheaper than others. For Example Escalate. It's true Escalate has good things, for example immediate executions, but the costs of the Addon compared to this is, getint is better.

Pros

The Addon is no Code and is easy to configure at all levels. Also the level of failure is low. We can duplicate configurations and with the automatic match the things are easier.

Cons

The License purchase was a little tricky, we use a custom license. Always we have to make a support request we need to remember that the license is custom.

This plugin proved to be very effective in seamlessly integrating Jira with ServiceNow. With this setup, Jira now serves as a single source of truth, removing the need to toggle between the two platforms

Pros

Very smooth integration Logs are handy and easy to understand Sync issues are easy to debug. Awesome support

Cons

There are still some enhancements needed, such as support for multiple projects in a single configuration, advanced filtering options, and OAuth integration. Getint should consider reducing the dependency on the ServiceNow team. Currently, their approach requires opening several security exceptions, which has raised concerns from the ServiceNow side.

We loved the product for its ease of use and completeness. We were able to migrate our JIRA items, comments, and attachments over to DevOps with no issues.

Pros

Ease of use and support for comment and inline pics. We were up and running in less than half an hour. New features like Quick Build (beta) will autogenerate mapping which is a time saver.

Cons

No real cons observed. It took us several tries to get all options correct but that was us trying to use without reading documentation.

It's an easy to use application for a perfect sync between many different applications. Ideal tool if you need to synchronize data between many different applications

Pros

the ease with which you can map the items together. The speed of the synchronization and the very quick support when you need them.

Cons

When an error occurs it is sometimes difficult to find a solution for that by your self, but when you ask for support, almost immediatly you get your answer by the supportdesk employees. So no delay!
