I've had a great experience with SalesBlink so far. It made my cold outreach workflow much simpler, and everything works together in one place. The platform is improving regularly, which is a big plus. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone doing cold email outreach.

Pros

SalesBlink is very easy to set up and use. I like having lead management, email campaigns, and warmup in one platform. It saves time, and the interface is clean enough to get started quickly.

Cons

Some parts of the interface could be a little more intuitive, and I'd like to see a few more customization options. Nothing that affects my daily use.

i had a very easy time setting up my account and getting started. they made it super easy to get a new sending domain and the price was very affordable.

the ease of set up, the ablitiy to get dedicated cold email domains, the ease of using the tools, and all the ai feature to make it super easy to get started

i think the ui is a bit outdated and uses too much negative space but there is little ways around that.

Overall, it has streamlined our B2B outreach process completely. It does exactly what it promises, the email warmup feature is great, and customer support is always quick to help.

Pros

The visual campaign builder is a game-changer. It makes setting up complex cold email sequences incredibly intuitive. I also love having prospecting and outreach in one single place, which saves me a lot of time.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve at the very beginning to understand where all the features are located, but once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use.

A single platform for all email sending and warmup. Add responsive customer support and continuous product improvements, and the lifetime deal becomes an incredible investment.

Pros

As someone managing outreach across multiple clients, SalesBlink has been a huge time saver. The ability to run campaigns from multiple domains without worrying about additional sender costs is fantastic. Campaign creation is simple, deliverability has been reliable, and the built-in AI helps speed up email creation.

Cons

I have real complain about UI. But they confirmed that they are working on that. so definitely can wait.

Pros

After investing heavily in another platform, I continued using it for far longer than I should have. The combination of escalating subscription costs, paid feature upgrades, and an endless stream of add-ons made scaling increasingly expensive. When that platform eventually shut down, I began searching for a replacement and discovered SalesBlink. While no solution is perfect, SalesBlink stands out with its generous offering of unlimited emails, unlimited sending domains, unlimited contact uploads, and unlimited warmup capabilities. These features provide the flexibility to scale outreach efforts without constantly worrying about rising operational costs. Having previously navigated the steep learning curves of similar tools, I found the onboarding experience surprisingly straightforward and hassle-free. That said, successful cold outreach always requires thoughtful planning and execution. Rushing setup or strategy typically creates avoidable issues. So far, however, my experience with SalesBlink has been smooth, reliable, and free from the challenges I encountered elsewhere.

Cons

While the platform delivers where it matters most, there is still room for improvement on the UI/UX front. Certain areas of the interface can feel cluttered or unintuitive, and the overall visual experience isn't always as polished as some competing solutions. I've also noticed occasional inconsistencies in reporting and dashboard data. At times, information appears to be missing, while campaign metrics and results can take several hours to update. Based on my testing, this doesn't appear to be related to ISP delays or email provider latency, as I've observed similar behavior even with simple text-only emails containing no links. That said, these issues have been more of an inconvenience than a deal-breaker. The core functionality remains reliable, campaigns run as expected, and the platform delivers on its primary purpose. For me, dependable execution and scalable outreach capabilities outweigh some of the cosmetic and reporting shortcomings that can likely be refined over time.

Happy with the product, will continue to keep using it. It does what it says on the tin. In practical terms, I’ll connect a few email boxes to it and I’m good to go.

Pros

I was in the market for a tool for outbounding and reviewed a number of options, including Salesblink and Instantly. In the end, I've chosen Salesblink because I think it provides the majority of the features at a more competitive price point. Customer service has been very good and I've been pleased to use it.

Cons

No real cons. The user experience is probably not as good or polished as Instantly, but still very good.

Pretty good, I have contacted customer service quite a few times. Their AI is useful most of the time but speaking to an agent is pretty easy too.

Pros

Its got all the features you need for cold email marketing campaigns. It also shows potential for future features.

Cons

It is hit and miss with email volume and inbox syncing at the moment. This has caused delays with my leads and campaigns.

Great so far. It was very straightforward set-up & is working exactly as expected so far. I'll update the review in a month or so, after I have some more history & more data to share.

Pros

Great value for the money. Intuitive interface Set-up was simple & straightforward (for this kind of tool). Campaigns easy to set-up Default settings (warmups, etc...) show they've put some thought into the underlying system.

Cons

The warm-up customization took me a minute to find. Can't comment on AI features yet. Too soon to give a credible review of those. So far the AI seems no worse than fair.

Solid tool overall. The interface took some getting used to, but once I did, it's been reliable and handles my email sequences without any issues.

Pros

Fast and reliable platform. The API support is a big plus—it connects to my other tools and saves me a lot of manual work with lead lists.

Cons

The interface feels a bit dated. More built-in tooltips would help new users find their way around faster.

Positive experience so far. Good value, easy to adopt, and backed by responsive support that actually works.

Pros

SalesBlink is easy to get into whether you're new to outreach tools or switching from something else. The interface doesn't get in your way, and the feature set gives you room to grow. The standout for me has been support — the AI chat assistant is unusually well-trained and handles real questions well. Live agent availability when needed is a plus.

Cons

Still in early stages of use, so nothing critical to report yet. Would love to see more template variety added over time.
