This platform does A LOT right already and they are pushing quality updates quite quickly. A few bugs here and there, but overall very impressive and one of the better AI writers in my opinion.

Cons

I really would like the ability to have separate workspaces. I have witnessed some issues with bad warmup emails, and a few small bugs, but overall no concerns.

An amazing tool for prospecting! Having tested numerous tools, Sales Blink has truly revolutionized my prospecting workflows. Cons

All in all, I find the tool useful for its intended purpose, yet, I did face a slightly challenging learning curve with the front end initially. Once familiar with it, however, it proves to be a delightful tool.

Cons

I had a bumpy start connecting my Zoho Mail accounts as email senders but SalesBlink's support was very responsive and helped me resolve the issue within a day.

I just describe my business, and it sets up a tailored outreach plan, including follow-up emails that I can tweak as needed.

Cons

SalesBlink has some solid features that help streamline sales, but it's not perfect. For example, the AI sales sequences are a cool idea, but they don't always match my business's unique style, so I end up tweaking them myself. Also, the unified inbox is meant to make managing leads easier, but it can be a bit cumbersome when there's a lot of them. These are small issues, though, in an overall helpful tool.

In the world of sales, I have experienced ups and downs. In the process, i have learnt major lessons. Working smart is one of them. I heard SalesBlink from a friend. It is a game changer tool that has elevated my work and especially personal skills to greater heights. SalesBlink has been trustworthy in handling emails. Sending email follow-ups and getting response from clients. It is easy to get new leads which eventually bring breakthrough at hand. I highly recommend this easy to use and user friendly software.

Pros

So far I have been using Lemlist due to the possibilities of personalisation of images which is a big part of my current E-Mail marketing campaign. I came across SalesBlink as an equally capable but more cost effective alternative.

Cons

Takes a minute to get used to. Looks very simplistic.

I love the simplicity of the UI, and the features, especially that it has a data base of businesses that I can contact. The problem is that sometimes these features don't work. The list of businesses were all the same even after months.

Pros

The UI is simple and easy to navigate. Very user-friendly. I also love the B2B database. I was able to get a few clients out of it.

Cons

I am loving the features of the software so far, however, the implementation of the features is buggy. Sometimes it doesn't work, and you need to keep doing it which is time consuming for it to work. When I'm adding an email, i keep getting an error, but i need to keep pressing the button and it'll work eventually.

It was cheaper and it was new. They have a promising roadmap.

It has many of the features you'll need to run effective cold email outreach campaigns. The support team has also responded quickly to our questions. Overall, we've been impressed with the platform's capabilities and user-friendly interface.

Cons

There are still some parts of the application that need improvement. They have improvements on their roadmap and have also been quick to fix bugs if we find anything. While there is always room for improvement, the user experience has been positive overall, and we continue to use it as a valuable tool.

Salesblink has proved to be of the best addition to my toolkit and for the growth of my business.

Pros

SalesBlink is a very well-planned and polished tool with easy to navigate user interface. The left panel itself is appropriately divided into 3 main sections: Prospecting, Outreach, and Closing. The Prospecting section contains two subcategories, 1-Companies, 2-People. This feature itself is like having your own google search engine just to laser target and find your prospects. I think this alone itself is totally worth its cost.

Cons

I was unable to get any results when using the Bulk Find feature, wherein you can get a list by entering the person's position in a country like in their example: CEO's in USA. This may be due to my fault; maybe I did not ask the right question, so I really can't say that I particularly dislike this feature. But overall, the product shines.

All in one approach! We were using multiple tools to keep track of everything. We moved everything in one place and we are getting a good hold of our process and status of prospects.

Pros

Well, it's all in one platform! Presently we are using Cold email and call outreach which is helping us to track the status. Flow is helping us to have a birds eye view of our email flow. I also like dynamic customized emails with personalization which I saw only in the Time list. CRM is helping us to manage all our prospects in one place. Earlier we were using SalesFlare as our CRM, now we can have evening things in one place. The other unique feature that surprised me is meeting schedulers. It's a cherry on a cake. To some extend we are using an email verifier as well...

Cons

There is nothing I dislike, but I'm not sure about their LinkedIn Outreach how safe it is for LinkedIn automation.

Overall, my experience with Salesblink has been great. I have integrated my email outreach efforts into one app which has made my life so much easier. Support is good and the developers are adding new features regularly.

Pros

I love how simple it is to set up campaigns. It has a basic CRM included which is pretty unique and useful. They have also recently introduced an email warm-up tool which is extremely useful as I have previously had to use external apps for that.

Cons

The UI needs some work. There are a ton of great features and the software works well, but the UI is a bit dated. I think an update is needed if they want to challenge big players.

The overall experience is somewhat okay. SalesBlink has many useful tools, almost a complete outreach starter set. I just wish the services are more refined.

Pros

SalesBlink UX and UI are great. The interfaces are easy to navigate, and the tools are easy to use.

Cons

The stability of the platform. Sometimes email warming stopped working, sequences got paused, and there were no notifications to check them out.

I've used other sales outreach solutions before but when I tried Salesblink, I realized that it offers much more features than the other ones that I used. In addition to company prospecting, you can do various things with it like reaching out to your competitors' clients and employees. Furthermore, their email campaign tool is well-designed and allows you to set up complex workflows in a user-friendly manner. It's overall a very promising tool!

Overall I am quite happy with the tool. It has great automation features, which makes my life so much easier. I don't have to create multiple short automation, I can just create one complex automation and leave the rest to the software, it keeps working and I end up with potential clients.

Pros

The best part is the Outreach functionality, it gives me the ability to create complex automation processes. Especially the email reply feature give me the ability to automatically reply to the lead incase they email me. Apart from that, there is also ability to not just include emails in the automation, but also calls, which is very useful to me as I would rather have a whole process built into one tool, rather than using multiple tools or keeping a tab on for leads I need to call. Has a lot of potential to be one of the best!

Cons

I dont like the prospecting tool, the database is not providing adequate data especially in Australia. The data seems scanty and the fetch is not alinged with the search parameters accurately. Improvement is needed in this aspect of the platform. Once this is fixed, its gonna be among the top software out there for cold outreach!

Please keep in mind some of my cons might be user error, they probably are. If you're on the fence, do it... I recommend buying 2 codes if you can and then assessing from there. I'm very excited to dive deeper into this. I'm so excited to see what kind of profits this tool that generate. My overall experience has been wonderful so far, I'm also excited for the email warmup.

\- Generous limits - Great onboarding, seriously... I was pretty impressed - Setting up my email account was easier than anything - Feature rich - Documentation - Image personalization

Cons

\- UI/UX could be a little better / it's nice, but eg. Templates aren't as prevalent as they should be (not a big deal) - My CSV didn't pick up other fields other than email - Sending test emails didn't work

Pros

I LOVE how well the limits are defined, I use a lot of email verification credits and this was one of the best things in SalesBlink as it has generous limits. Another thing I loved is the bulk CSV feature so I don't have to manually verify one by one; I take the help of my teammate and they do it all inside of an excel sheet, export it in a CSV and we upload it here to do work faster. The b2b Database seems good as well; testing out a campaign right now as I write this one. One of the tools that excited me in this year; hoping to have a good journey with SalesBlink.

Cons

I'd love more it if they made the UI / UX more appealing as I am a sucker for good UI / UX. But overall the features work well so I shouldn't be complaining.
