L'intégration facilitée de leur solution à tout type de SI

Beaucoup de paramétrages et prise en main. Certaines fonctionnalités ne sont pas intuitives.

Logiciel SaaS très stable, couvrant une très grande partie des fonctionnalités attendues pour un groupe comme le nôtre.

Cons

Finaliser la partie TMS qui n'est pas encore complètement aboutie mais en bonne voie

Pros

L'administration de Syfadis est simple et limpide.Elle permet aux administrateurs et aux collaborateurs de très rapidement se retrouver sur la solution et d'accéder très rapidement à leur besoin.Une fois que la logique du fonctionnement globale de la solution est maitrisée, le reste suit sans difficulté

Cons

Les points faibles sont des nouvelles fonctionnalités à parfaire comme la gestion du plan de formation.Il faudrait que l'interface d'accueil pour l'expérience collaborateur soit davantage travaillé de sorte à ce que les personnalisations permettent d'accueillir également les montées de version.

C'est une très bonne expérience, surtout enrichi par une vrai présence de l'entreprise SYFADIS à nos côtés, au quotidien.

Pros

La prise en main côté utilisateur (apprenants, managers, RH et administrateur). c'est un outil simple de compréhension et d'accèsL'autre point fort : l'équipe support. grâce à elle, le produit est en perpétuel progression, sans accroc, sans difficulté.

Cons

Nous n'arrivons pas à faire évoluer l'envoi de notification de confirmation de formation à la personne qui a inscrit. pourtant... cela devrait être possible. depuis 1 an 1/2Aussi, Nous demandons depuis 1 an et 1/2 la mise en place d'une alerte lorsqu'une personne ayant déjà fait la formation à laquelle nous sommes en train de l'inscrire, apparaisse. L'utilisation des groupes dynamiques est fastidieuse. l'outil de création de contenu n'est pas "fun", manque de possibilités, pas intuitif.

Syfadis nous permet de déployer en France et à l'international de nombreux contenus de formations digitaux (synchrones et asychrones) pour former nos collaborateurs partout dans le monde et les sensibiliser à différents sujets tels que la cyber sécurité, l'éthique ou les enjeux climatiques. Interfacé avec Teams, Syfadis nous permet aussi de déployer des formations d'acculturation en classes virtuelles sur des logiciels informatiques, les nouveautés de la R&D chez Bouygues Construction, des expertises métiers précises.

Pros

C'est un bel outil qui offre une bonne expérience utilisateur pour l'apprenant. Côté admin, l'interface est plutôt simple d'utilisation. Les équipes syfadis sont toujours réactive, à l'écoute et ont la volonté de nous apporter la réponse adaptée à notre besoin.

Cons

L'expérience utilisateur est bonne dans l'ensemble même si nous sommes dans l'attente de certaines évolutions : avoir un player qui s'ouvre dans la même fenêtre et pas séparément, une meilleur lisibilité du catalogue de formation, plus de fonctionnalités sur l'outil de conception Capsule.
