Our issue is technical and we understand that mistakes can happen but not being able to discuss them in a reasonable manner has been frustrating and we still don't have a resolution. We also know that we can rely on Braintree to keep us on the safe side of payment processing - which of course is the most critical need. Cons We've had a few minor SEV outages with Braintree, but overall they are fairly minor.
