Pros Lots on support when On Boarding and for the first 12 months after integration Cons Being able to actually speak to a person rather than going through their automated processes. Our issue is technical and we understand that mistakes can happen but not being able to discuss them in a reasonable manner has been frustrating and we still don't have a resolution.
