Soy cliente de MN Program y lamentablemente no puedo decir nada bueno sobre este software ni su empresa. Desde el primer momento, la migración de datos la realizan mal, no existe manual y la formación es cada día por parte de un operador diferente que te explica por encima lo que hace cada área del programa. Cuando te pones a configurarlo empiezan los problemas y fallos por lo que te ves obligado a llamar a lo que denominan Soporte que en la mayoría de las ocasiones quedan en devolver llamadas que no realizan. En el caso que te atiendan, los técnicos de Soporte son en muchos casos personas que no tienen la formación suficiente para resolver los problemas. Cuando lo has configurado mínimamente, salen actualizaciones, sin testear que causan múltiples fallos. Si quieres ir completando configuraciones es para volverse loco, incluso con configuraciones simples por ejemplo crear un formulario se convierte en un horror, lleno de inconvenientes y mucho tiempo perdido. Mientras tanto, cobran la cuota íntegra. Por otro lado, subidas abusivas unilaterales de precio. En nuestro caso, el primer año subieron la tarifa mensual un 13,2% y a día de hoy un 51% adicional. En menos de 3 años, más de un 70% de incremento, sin estar previsto en el contrato, sin solicitar nuevos módulos y pese a que, en el contrato indica que las subidas son conforme al IPC. Totalmente desaconsejable contratar este software: te hará perder un montón de tiempo, tendrás la gestión de tu empresa descontrolada y no podrás utilizar muchos de los aspectos que ofrecen pq realmente no funcionan correctamente.

Ninguna. No puedo decir nada bueno. El software tiene múltiples fallos y lo que es más grave la empresa no responde a los clientes que han depositado la confianza en ellos

Todas: software lento, con múltiples fallos, empresa que no respeta contratos y resolución de fallos o problemas si la hay lentísima

Overall MNProgram has been a super budget friendly with all-in-one ERP style tools that have worked for my core business needs.

Pros

I thoroughly appreciate MNProgram's all in one business management. Being able to combine billing, accounting and scheduling all on one platform is so helpful.

Cons

My only real gripe is their customer service. It almost seems as though they are googling answers as you ask them.

Nada, no consigo dar con nada que sea positivo. Puede que la primera reunion cuando ellos te explican como va.

Cons

Lento, te vuelcan los datos y te dejan tirada sin un soporte adecuado. Llamas y te atiende cada vez una persona distinta. No conocen el programa,horas y horas perdidas divagando sin aclarar nada. Estan años luz de otros programas.

Durante muchos años me ha resuelto el orden de trabajo pero desde que estamos contra la nube cada vez peor y mas caro. Par una microempresa es muy costoso.

Pros

Te organiza bastante bien, mas en mi caso que tengo abiertos muchos expedientes.

Cons

Es bastante caro para lo que te ofrece, cada año te suben entre 100 y 300 € y yo que llevo muchos años pues se está haciendo totalmente inaccesible. Desde que nos obligaron a pasarnos a la nube encima un sobrecoste de ésta. Desde que estamos en la nube va mucho mas lento y el mn program web esta bastante capado. Existe la opción del colaborador pero he intentado en dos ocasiones hacerlo y cuando llamas para que te resuelvan no han sabido darme las pautas correctas. Tienen a gente en primera linea de contestación poco experta y lo que antes era inmediato, ahora te cogen nota y te llaman ellos cuando pueden. Hoy sin ir mas lejos, han tardado dos horas en devolverme la llamada.

Mala. El ordenador principal era el servidor y para tener acceso remoto debía dejarlo conectado de forma continua y aun así siempre habia fallo que la empresa achacaba a internet, la compañía telefónica, etc

No entiendo sus estrellas en google, o son falsas, o están impulsadas porque el ERP es muy barato. Si eres una escuela mínimamente grande, no es lo suficientemente fiable en ninguna de sus funciones: siempre habrá algún error extraño, inesperado, funcionalidades que no hacen lo que deberían, herramientas básicas que deberían existir, y no existen... Por si alguien de MN lee esto (porque son problemas que arrastro desde siempre) los escribo aquí para que sepáis por qué os abandonan clientes.

Pros

LO BUENO: El precio (pero te exigen pagar a parte onedrive), las buenas intenciones y la función de asociar correos recibidos a fichas. Su equipo es muy amable y bien intencionado, pero exageran muchísimo sus características a la hora de vendértelo.

Cons

LO MALO: - TIenen mucho personal, pero solo una parte muy reducida de este sabe cómo funciona realmente MN. - Soporte pésimo, no tienen un sistema de tickets, así que no sabes si están trabajando en tus problemas o no. Tienen una primera linea de atención que son personal no técnico, que hacen lo que buenamente pueden, y cuando es muy difícil, te rebotan a "desarrollo", que a veces dudo de que hasta existan, porque cuando algo va a "desarrollo", olvídate! - La "personalización" que te venden, no está ahí. Puedes usar campos personalizados, pero luego no aparecen en plantillas de correos. Te llaman, y te dicen que uses campos de perfil, pero luego los campos de perfil no aparecen en otros módulos. Te dicen que puedes mandar whatsapps personalizados, pero en este no aparecen ni los campos personalizados, ni los de perfil. Y así con muchos módulos más. - Cuando te quejas de algo te dicen que MN si que lo hace, pero no te forman sobre cómo. - Ciberseguridad nula, sus archivos se sincronizan con onedrive, y como todos los trabajadores tienen que tener la misma carpeta localmente en su ordenador para que funcione bien, pues todos los trabajadores pueden acceder a las fichas de todos desde fuera de MN, aunque en MN marques los permisos para lo contrario. - Su integración con onedrive, y su sistema de copias de seguridad, no están realmente coordinados. No hay copias de seguridad regulares, las tienes que hacer tu, y estas copias, son copias de las BBDD, pero no del estado de sus archivos dentro de esta, así que si un día (toco madera) algo falla, creo que la posibilidad de recuperar datos simultáneamente de onedrive y de la copia de seguridad, y conseguir que ambas funcionen, sería un milagro. - Integración NULA con cualquier CRM externo o LMS (como moodle, que para un ERP académico, tiene pecado). - Te venden que tiene un CRM, pero es mentira, no es más que una BBDD, no hay ninguna función real de CRM. - Emailer lento, tedioso, que lo que hace es enviar un correo detrás de otro, no es una solución transaccional real como Mailchimp, email relay, etc. Te venden que puedes hacer campañas de email marketing, pero es mentira. Las plantillas que puedes hacer, dan pena, y si tienes una BBDD grande, puede tardar horas en enviar un correo, y mientras tienes el ordenador inutilizado. - Cumplimiento RGPD: Con pinzas, si mandas correos desde MN, el que lo recibe no tiene ninguna forma de desuscribirse de la lista (y ya no hablemos de otras cosas más complejas). - GESTOR DE CORREO prehistórico, no tiene funciones básicas, es como abrir el hotmail de hace 20 años. Se cuelga, se cierra, es lento... Las firmas de correo cambian su formato al incrustarse en el correo, no se sincronizan (si tienen imagen) con la versión web (probablemente es porque el propio MN no tiene claro si hay que editar los correos en RTF o en HTML). - El importador es una auténtica porquería, que da mil problemas, y parece que nadie en MN sabe cómo funciona. Además es extremadamente lento. Imagínate cómo de poco fiable es, que el propio MN cuando importas te indica "asegura que has hecho una copia de seguridad". Esto son ejemplos, en general todo está anticuado y no es lo suficientemente fiable, una pena tras todo el tiempo que le hemos dedicado en la empresa, teníamos muy buenas.

Que se puede guardar en la misma historia clínica las entradas de diferentes especialidades.

Creo es es complicado para escribir las historias de forma estructurada, y volver a verlas

Los primeros años estaba contenta con el servicio, actualmente me retrasan el trabajo. Es para pensárselo.

Pros

me gustaba porque agilizaba parte de mi trabajo. Ya no cuento con esta ventaja dado que el soporte se demora cada vez más y me dejan con el trabajo a medias.

Cons

Con el tiempo cada vez tardan más en dar respuesta a los problemas, dicen que llamarán en el día y no llaman. Antes resolvían en la misma llamada, ahora casi nunca tienen a alguien de soporte o servicio técnico en el momento. Por este motivo, cada vez que tengo alguna incidencia o duda, pasan semanas hasta que cuadra la llamada de ellos con mi disponibilidad. Puedo llamar 10 veces que siempre tengo que colgar sin soluciones y esperando su llamada. ¿Recorte de personal o más clientes sin aumentar el soporte?

Pros

Hoy en día poder disponer de un software totalmente adaptado a tu negocio y con un servicio de atención al cliente es crucial para todos aquellos negocios que dependemos de un CRM o ERP para mover nuestros servicios a diario.

Cons

La curva de aprendizaje, aunque es sencillo de manejar al tener tantas opciones los primeros dos meses vas descubriendo cosas a diario.
