I utilize it with my largest volume account and absolutely have no problems primarily due to the terrific communication aspect of the program if utilized correctly. Pros The ability to manage a project completely from start to finish within one program while keeping all parties involved included in all aspects and communication while keeping the customer actively engaged and moving forward at the same time giving them the confidence of dealing with a Professional Company who is very organized and different from their competitors. Cons I don't have a any negative and have been very impressed with the support and willingness to listen to ideas and implementation of some of the ideas along the way. Pros How easy it is to use as a consumer. The ability to see every part of the bid, make selections within the bid, and communicate with all of the subs takes it steps above the competition. Cons Honestly, I started using the software before a major upgrade and changing in between was a little confusing because I was working on projects in the old software and projects on the new software.
