my experience with Clue has been positive. The efficiency and customization it offers have been game-changers for our equipment management. While there were some challenges during the initial setup and adaptation phase, the long-term benefits have certainly outweighed these drawbacks.

Pros

The ability to tailor the software to meet our specific operational needs was a huge advantage, allowing me to configure it according to our workflows.

Cons

While the software offers great benefits, I did find that it represents a significant investment, which could be a concern for smaller companies.

Overall I use Clue everyday to track inspections on our fleet that is out in the field and I think it is a great program that will keep our machines in the dirt with little down time.

Pros

I do like the ease of access with Clue it is very user friendly. Also like how it pulls loads of information from our fleet to give us very close to real time updates.

Cons

Little glitchy some times but the Clue team are very good about addressing any issues that come about.

Its a great asset to have, we can check our equipment at any time and from anywhere, lets know of fuel consumption and if there is an issue.

Pros

Helps us track our crews performance by showing idle vrs operating time so we can see how the day is spent. It also lets us know when we have an issue with a piece of equipment that may or may not be reported by the operator.

Cons

It has been a tad bit difficult to train some of our personal on the usage of the app, some of the demo/training videos I've seen go too fast and need to go slower for some of us older folks with less computer skills can follow along.

Simple and easy to learn, whole proses took maybe 30 min to figure out.

How Easy it is to manage from one unit to the other and also moving from one function to the other

the app continues tracking, should be a option if im not an asset and im done for the day my employer shouldn't be able to see where i am.

If you're in search of an effective solution for monitoring equipment, managing real-time data and locations, handling audit and inspection forms, managing work orders, and Utilization, I would highly suggest considering Clue as a viable choice.

Pros

In my opinion, A few of Clues best features would be: Gps Tracking Daily inspections Pre-trip/ Post-trip Dot forms Audit forms Geofence options

Cons

I do not believe there is anything that I dislike about Clue, only areas that Clue is constantly improving.
