Mit unserem Performance-Update in Q3 2021 sind die Ladezeiten bei Planänderungen deutlich kürzer geworden, und wir arbeiten kontinuierlich weiter an der Performance. Die Drop-Down-Felder haben eine Volltextsuche bekommen, und die Kategorisierung läuft heute über Smart Mapping mit Human-in-the-Loop — lernende KI plus manuelle Kontrolle. Zum Beispiel die Möglichkeit, Budgets nicht nur monatlich, sondern auch täglich oder wöchentlich zu planen (zum Beispiel Kunden zahlen alle 3 Wochen oder Montag bis Freitag ist der Umsatz anders als am Wochenende). Das Ergebnis ist optisch gut aufbereitet. Bei Fragen steht der Support innerhalb kurzer Zeit mit einer qualifizierten Antwort bereit. Wir sind voll und ganz zufrieden. Pros Wenn die (Basis) Planung einmal erstellt ist, lassen sich daraus unkompliziert Varianten mit wenigen Klicks erstellen. Gerade in Bezug auf sich schnell ändernde Gegebenheiten ein großes Plus. Besonders praktisch emfpinden wir die Funktion in der Planung, mit welcher man einen Wert auf nachfolgende Zeiträume (wöchentlich, monatlich etc.) zu übertragen kann. Der Wert kann entweder absolut oder prozentual übernommen oder erhöht werden. Die Berichte sind optisch sehr ordentlich und inhaltlich genau das, was wir brauchen. Cons Wie bei den meisten Anwendungen muss man sich erst einmal an die Handhabe gewöhnen. Es ist kein super fancy Produkt (kein Nachteil) - muss es auch nicht. Nach der Einarbeitung läuft alles rund. Für interne Beratungen während der Planphase nutzen wir xls Files, welche man sich einfach runterladen kann. Hier ist unser Wünsch, dass in der Tabelle auch Formeln hinterlegt wären ("nice to have"). Einen Liquiditätsverlauf im Planungs-PDF (so wie er im Planungstool zu sehen ist) wäre evenfalls ein "nice to have". Weitere "Nachteile" sind mir in den bisher rund 2 Jahren Nutzung nicht aufgefallen. Schon viele ausprobiert. Aber Commitly ist sehr benutzerfreundlich auch für Menschen die nicht sehr EDV oder Excel Affin sind. Preislich sehr fair. Pros Die Einfachheit des einspielen der täglichen Kontoinformationen. Die Fähigkeit, dass Commitly mit jeder Transaktion lernt. Das leichte Auswertung der Cashflow Entwicklung in Excel. Das man Commitly auch mit einer App vom Mobiltelefon nutzen kann ist perfekt gelöst. Man ist egal wo man sich aufhält immer in der Lage seine Liquidität zu überwachen. Cons Die Dashboards könnten noch besser ausgearbeitet werden. Hier sollte der USER die Möglichkeit haben, eigene Dashboards anlegen können. Das wäre perfekt.
