I will recommend this to startups having professional clients from multiple backgrounds. It helped me a lot while sending estimates and invoices with follow-ups. I don't need to check multiple apps for different things. Pros I am glad that they allowed me to use its free version before purchasing it. I can use its free version till I feel it's syncing well with my needs. Also, on a single dashboard I can be able to create invoices and estimates along with that there are lots of professional templates with customization.I can also add multiple managers and their team members without the need to give them entire access or privileges. Cons This tool needs lots of effort to understand well before performing basic actions at the initial stage, so it will be a time-consuming task if I want to hand it over to new team members. Price is a little high than another project management tool but it justified enough when started using it. August 14, 2021 4.0 I've used the product going on a year now and have test a few others and this is still the one for me. I am hoping for some added features in the future to make this an even better product for me and my clients! Pros The interface is great and simple to navigate. It's very feature rich, but allows you to disable/hide what you don't use so as to not clutter the user experience. Cons Because this app runs on your own hosting service there were a number of growing pains to get it functioning properly. I even had to switch hosts as the one I started with did not provide enough resources and/or did not allow server side settings to get it to work. The support staff was pretty helpful and were prompt in getting back to me. The documentation is very sparse and could be better. There is a misspelling and incomplete docs. I sent at least 8 emails explaining errors and giving access. They simply did not even have the time to read the emails and provide feedback. We gave up. Stay away. Cons Stripe Processing is broken, Client never got emails, Documentation is incomplete, poor support. After using the product for 6 months but I think it would be more fair and clear to mention that the problem was with the wrong configurations that you figured it out on your own but nothing with the product as we have thousands of users using it and we have 0 complaints about the payment gateways function. We were replying to your tickets and many times requested that you give us some sort of access to help you out, but you didn't give us complete details. Pros WordPress is amazing for blog starters with their free version before purchasing for the full version. Other features you will enjoy include beautiful themes, plugins, with many other features. WordPress is also very easy to use and very smooth to integrate with my content writing business. Cons I think the tool can be improved with more simplistic and customizable features that do not require many technicalities. A difficult part of WordPress may be its integration for SEO, which may require some level of technical skills. When I got someone to fix it, it was no longer a problem integrating it. It can be slightly overwhelming because of all the features and if they plug in. I myself am still trying to get used to it all but it's definitely worth it if you want control over your site. Cons As I mentioned earlier, it can be a little overwhelming learning how to use wordpress. If you're not a website designer or very teck savvy I can be overwhelming. But their customer service has been exceptional. And that makes ALL the difference. I switched from IONOS because their customer service was horrible. They're now trying to send me a bill for almost $200 for one year hosting. Desp ite canceling and turning off auto page and argument. Terrible to get ahold of. Pros Having all the tools in an integrated platform is super useful, once you get use to it. The integrated accounting software is also easy enough to use with a bit of practice, for non-accounts to use and have multiple people from the team- even across different time zones update up project budgets in real time to keep us on track. Cons \- Clients are required to have an account & login in order to view/pay invoices. - Is not connected to WordPress users, or WooCommerce users. - The WordPress Portal dashboard is completely separate from the Wordpress dashboard. - No ability for clients to "add tip" on invoices. I was also able to generate invoices to send to clients and the program is easy to use. Even though there is a one-time fee it can be quite expensive, when there are other programs out there that do some of the things that Word Portal Press does for free. However, if anything you are paying for the convenience of having all the programs in one. Pros I found that the product was really easy to use and was a nice way to keep everything organize for projects I was working on. I also liked that you could generate invoices in the product as well.
