Before integrating this platform, managing five distinct professional teams across our centers in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and \[sensitive content hidden\] was a significant logistical challenge. We were dealing with a high volume of leads from Meta and Google Ads, and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks was becoming a "black box" problem. A Total Solution for Lead Management The impact on our lead management has been phenomenal. telecrm has acted as the central nervous system for our sales and calling teams, allowing us to track every interaction with clinical precision. The UI/UX is a standout feature—it is incredibly clean and intuitive, making it very easy to use for our agents, including \[sensitive content hidden\] and our regional teams. This ease of adoption meant we could move from manual tracking to a fully automated pipeline almost overnight. Seamless Technical Integration As someone focused on high-performance marketing and algorithmic precision, I am deeply impressed by how well the third-party integrations are managed. Connecting our Meta and Google Ads—specifically our Performance Max campaigns—was seamless. It finally allowed us to capture the CTWA Click IDs and bridge the gap between an ad click and a closed consultation. This level of data visibility has turned our marketing from a "disaster" of guesswork into a data-backed powerhouse. Unmatched Support and Value The Value for Money offered by telecrm is undeniable. It provides enterprise-level features at a price point that makes sense for a growing medical group like ours. Furthermore, the customer support is truly awesome; they are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us optimize our workflows.

Pros

Excellent Tool for Team Productivity and Lead Tracking. We’ve found telecrm to be a game-changer for our daily operations. The platform is very easy to use, leading to a high adoption rate within the team. The lead management features are very good, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. We especially appreciate the managed third-party integrations, which allow us to connect our marketing stack without any technical friction. Combined with a great UI/UX and awesome customer support that is always ready to help, it offers incredible Value for Money. Highly recommended for any business looking to professionalize their sales flow. Great UI/UX Lead management is very good

Cons

While the platform is exceptional, every power user wants to see their favorite tools reach perfection. Here are a few minor areas for optimization that would elevate the experience even further: Call Syncing Optimization: On certain days, the call syncing can be a little laggy. While the overall tracking is reliable, achieving more consistent real-time synchronization would make the daily workflow even smoother. Third-Party Telephony Integration: The cloud telephony tie-up with CallerDesk occasionally experiences connectivity issues or minor call disruptions. Additionally, data transfer can sometimes be delayed. Strengthening this specific integration to ensure seamless, real-time data flow would provide a more robust experience for high-volume operations.

Its great! easy to use and also easy to monitor other team- mates data. I can create multiple campaigns as per the requirement

Pros

Its very easy to do the calling and getting the day to day calling report without using any extra filters.

Cons

Nothing as usual - but i wish i can create 2 leads with same number as our business get multiple requirement from our client

Pros

Worst after sales Their focus is only to sell their crm. Too many issues in their app and not even smooth to use You will miss messages from your customers also many times. Whatsapp bot stops working automatically

We've tried 13 CRMs so far, Every time I have to push so much for the team to adopt it and then All of the others were so complicated that we would end up going back to excel sheets. It was all haywire and as a manager it made my life hell! And as a business owner I did not know exactly what the heck anyone was doing, And exactly where their performances were lacking and What on how to optimize!

Pros

Probably the easiest to use daily marketing CRM software out there

Cons

Can't wait for the features that are coming soon like call recording and VoIP calling this isn't exactly a con but I don't have any other complaints about this so...
