Pros I liked the fact you could layer photos and that’s about it. Cons The customer support was extremely rude. After I realized their software wasn’t of any use in my business, and it stated a before 30 day full refund guarantee, I requested a full refund and the representative handling my case kept trying to short hand my refund by saying she can only approve a 25% refund and I’m still in a debate with them and my 30 days isn’t up til \[sensitive content hidden\]. Being a previous employee in customer service, that’s terrible to do to someone who is unsatisfied with a product and doesn’t use it. I am an aged pensioner, and a volunteer. I bought this program thinking it would help with my volunteer duties out of my own money and now cannot purchase another program as I cannot afford it. Pros I have not been able to use this product at all so cannot comment Cons The fact that it promises strong customer support and I have received none. I sat on the phone to get help after purchase for 20 minutes. When someone eventually answered, and I tried to explain my problems, she cut me off and said she would ring back in 15 minutes. One week later and I am still waiting. I tried to enter a password multiple times and it was rejected everytime. Since then I have tried to communicate with the company t no avail. Pros I have yet to find anything I like about this program compared to others I have used. Cons The best thing about this software are their ads which greatly overstate the features and ease of use. The cut and erase features are primative and require free hand outlining making it impossible to cut objects and people from a busy background. Also instead of having all feature available it divides cut and erase into different platforms. I find that printing from my older program is much easier Pros The software is easy to use and understand. It makes photo editing less time consuming and has many excellent features. Cons Some features leave a shadow like effect. and need to be repeated to give a clean finish. Printing options are limited. This company is very SLOW to get back to you and tries everything they can to FORCE you to keep the software. I used it for about 1 week. They auto-renewed my account. As soon as I saw the charge I told them to cancel and refund. They said I should have seen the notice in my spam and they would not renew next year but I was stuck paying for something I haven't used in over 11 months. I will never use this product again, even if I had liked it, which I didn't. Pros There is not much that I liked about this software. Cons I thought that photoshop was easier to use and certainly did a better job. December 10, 2020 5.0 I have had more success with my efforts than failures. There are a lot of tutorials to help you if you get stuck with a given process. Pros When retouching photos I have a large pallet from which to choose. This software let's you see the results, full size, as you make changes. Also, you can easily save the original without fear of overwriting your file. The erase and clone features work very well. Cons My biggest problem has been learning the program, it is not as easy as some of the ads portray. Many of the clone, cut, or erase features require many more steps than appear to be displayed in the advertisement. And if you want it to function as a full editor, it does not come with all the bells and whistles, those are separate programs, albeit they do become part of the total photo suite and are readily accessible. I hope more features such as text graphics editing will be included. Pros The erase feature is most helpful to me. It allows me to use my photos in the way I want it. Also, putting a new background to a picture a really exciting. My friends couldn't believe it was edited in InPixio. Cons Sometimes erasing can be difficult for some photos. I'm going to have to spend some time learning its features, but am impressed thus far. Pros I primarily use the Focus and Maximizer portions, both of which are relatively easy to use. Cons I have been unable to find a way to resize images precisely, as the slider does not advance by cm, mm or inches in whole increments. When I resize an image, I would like to be able to choose the size I want as an output size. For example, one image I enlarged, I wanted to resize it to 5" X 8" and was only able to get the 5" side to 5.08". Fortunately, I will be able to work with this, but would prefer 5" as opposed to 5.08". Review Source BC Brian C. It is much easier to use than the program I used to use, which is no longer supported by the manufacurer. Pros Ease of use, without a steep learning curve, and very powerful and quick. The integration with other Inpixio modules like the Remove, Cut -out and Maximiser programs was very useful in restoring scans of old photos (except for the annoying habit of perpetually extending file name suffixes) and although the presets can be useful, it is also easy to use the slider adjustments, and to compare the adjustments with the original.
