This software is very time consuming and not very clear and there is zero guidance and customer service when you need help. I called on a weekend and was told that the person to help is only in the office mon-fri which is useless when people stay in hotels 7 days a week. In reviewing logs over the last several years it appears we responded to the Courthouse Inn emails within 24 hours. The reason it took so long to return emails, in most cases, was because you are in a different time zone than us. This did delay some email replies until the next day, vs. the normal same day response. In regards to your phone call, I apologize you were told by our answering service that we don't work weekends. As a small company, with 3 employees, there are only two of us who handle support, so we do not have a person in the office 24 x 7. However, one of us is always available on weekends and holidays if you need emergency support. I'm again sorry that our service did not work out for you.
