I like the keep it simple approach. Pros Very easy to update and review calendar. Cons I am not really a tech person so my capabilities are limited. General Manager Hospitality Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Great Option" May 11, 2021 5.0 Online reservations are easy for customers to find available dates and that saves me time on the phone. :) I'm also able to check the calendar when I'm not in the office. Pros Once everything was initially set up, it's very easy to keep everything updated. Customers using the product haven't had any issues. Cons When I need to update something (mainly comments or policy changes), I have a hard time finding where to go to make those changes. Reason for choosing Availability Online Don't remember. Did a lot of research at the time, but once I chose Availability Online, I didn't keep the research. Pros I don’t use many of the features, however the ones I do use, receiving requests for reservations and managing fill dates are simple to use and get the job done. I’m not one for fancy technology, just need the basics. The folks at AOL, have always been available to answer my questions or to fix problems. I like being able to contact a real person. Cons It would be nice to be able to link Paypal to the site so that it would be offered as another method of payment. Also, perhaps having some how to online tutorials showing the different features if the program would be helpful as well. Pros This is very easy to use and it gives our customers an easy way to pay which makes it good for us. Cons I really don't have any complaints on the service. We need to be able to manually make changes and this was one of the few that allowed us to do that. The price keeps us here vs creating our our table online. Pros The link with my website and reservation format. Cons 1\. That I have to manually enter other reservations made via Airbnb and VRBO on the calendar. The link from Availability Online only goes in one direction. 2. I am not able to alter or update an existing reservation such as change the dates. 3. The program does not process credit cards. Pricing is great, service when need has been great, being local (25 miles away) is a real plus. Nice to know who I anm talkinhg to. Pros Easy of operation.
