Good except as noted

Pros

Integration was easy, but limited functionality. We were not interested in many of the features of the software, only the secure online agreement form.

Cons

Software has limited ability to handle guests booking from an outside source

I like the ease of navigating my reservations and updating availability

Pros

Customer support! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was always available and very helpful!

Cons

I am still learning my way around it. So far, I don't have any complaints.
