Very poor or no responses to our inquiries which included a coding problem that they needed to sort out. Pros Reasonably well thought out. Generally easy to use. Onboarding went well. Has the features we needed. Cons Terrible communications with customer service. Problems went unaddressed and unresolved for weeks at a time. Eventually, we gave up on using the product. Cons \[sensitive content hidden\] do not have competency in the services they are advertising for. They spent 2 months and in the end had to pass off the service to another company, but refused to refund the service. Pros Fiddle is super easy to use and works well for any size of company. Because it is a cloud system, you can use it anywhere and because of the automation, you don't have to keep putting in the same information every time. Cons You do have to have a working knowledge of inventory and inventory management to start or else it is a but confusing. But once you have that knowledge, you're set.
