It has been good for tracking the vehicles at all times and seeing the driving quality of our workers. Pros I like that I am able to track where the vehicles have been and where they currently are at. Being a seasonal business, we have trouble locking into contracts. We have found Force Fleet Tracking to be one of the best out there. Cons We haven't come up with any issues yet. However, when we reach out to support, they are always eager to assist. Keep up the great work Fleet Force and we'll keep using your product! Pros We appreciate the visibility, event tracking, integrated analytics and having a record for safety, liability, insurance and accountability purposes. You guys have a good product and it does what it's supposed to without issue. Cons It would help if I could tether a driver to more than one vehicle. For example, we have a driver that is the primary both for a van and a box truck in our fleet. We are a small business and I don't have any time at all to bother toggling him from one vehicle to another. I would like to just tether him to both. Minor griping point, but it would be a quality-of-life upgrade for me if you guys can make that happen. We now have the peace of mind to know in real-time where a large part of the company's assets are at every minute of the day. The overall experience from the website to answering questions prior to purchase and the follow-up support has been exceptional. I'm not on the page often that give all the pop errors after disconnected HouseCall Pro. I would recommend either use apart from HouseCall Pro or keep it synced. Pros ease of use, nice app compared to our previous GPS service, integrates to HouseCall Pro Cons We disconnected sync to HouseCall Pro and now the website interface does crazy with errors when I'm on that page. Support seemed dismissive when I tried to bring up the problem. They sent us a device that we plugged in the car and it was automatically detected. The application itself has a great UI and easy to use. It is very intuitive as well. Cons The one thing I do not like about it is that we cannot select or create a custom maintenance schedule for our car. Their built-in maintenance schedule does not apply to us nor probably most other modern cars. I want to use a 7500 mile maintenance schedule or 3750 mile schedule, but they only limit you to 3000 mile intervals. This is frustrating, to say the least. I had contacted support about it and I was simply told to work around it. Reason for choosing Force Fleet Tracking We had chosen it because they send you a device and their monthly plan is much cheaper than other competitors while offering more or less the same features.
