The GUI is straight forward, but allows for customizability without the added complexity. Cons The only this that I found lacking is only one music on hold sound track comes with the system. I feel that 3-5 tracks should be included. Reasons for choosing FortiVoice Cost was a big factor and FortiVoice won by a lot.
