What I liked most about Meta Business Suite is how easy it is to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. The platform simplifies post management, scheduling, messaging, and analytics while offering useful features that make day-to-day social media management efficient and easy to navigate.

Cons

What I liked least about Meta Business Suite is that scheduled posts can occasionally fail to publish, especially when planned far in advance. It doesn’t happen often, but it can be frustrating when managing multiple accounts and relying on scheduled content to go out on time.

Overall, Meta for Business has been a solid tool, especially once you get past the learning curve. The targeting and data are really useful, and when things are dialed in, it can actually drive results. That said, it’s not the most user-friendly platform, and it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Still, if you’re willing to learn it, it’s definitely worth using.

Pros

What I like most about Meta for Business is the targeting. You can get really specific with who you want to reach, which is huge when you’re trying to promote music or shows to the right audience. It also gives you a lot of data, so you can actually see what’s working and adjust instead of just guessing.

Cons

What I like least is how confusing and clunky the platform can be. There are a lot of settings and it’s not always clear what actually makes a difference, so there’s definitely a learning curve. It can also feel like you need to spend consistently to get solid results, which isn’t ideal if you’re working with a tight budget.

Pros

I appreciate that it helps with social media management, gives me the blue checkmark on my social media profile, and allows cross posting between Instagram and Facebook

Cons

The cost feels expensive for the amount of features actually utilized with Meta for Business. If it wasn't for the blue checkmark, I would not pay for it

I requested an ad for 7 days to spend max $2 a day; ad canceled after 5 days. I was charged $42. Then Facebook deleted my author page. BOA froze my credit card account and invalidated the card. Facebook's Meta is not responding to my request for a refund of $32. I will NEVER use Meta again. It was a horrible experience.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this business other than the price was inexpensive and they picked the audience.

Cons

They don't review the text until afterward the ad is placed. There is no customer support. They claim my author page was hacked and deleted it. There is no visible support for editing or canceling ads. Arbitrary account restrictions and threats. When I ask for an account report a bogus account is listed under my name. The audience they showed the ad to was almost all people over 65. Why, I don't know.

It’s very helpfuk for social media management. It has improved in recent years to allow for everything to be done in one app (commenting, sharing, messaging etc.) rather than jumping back and forth between FB & IG

Pros

Meta for Business is most helpful for me when I’m wanting to schedule content in advance across multiple platforms (Facebook & Instagram). It also makes creating ads easy and convienent.

Cons

I would like there to be an easier way to view individual account feeds and stories when they’re live.

Like I said earlier. When I strated working with Facebook Ads 6 years ago, we had a lot of control of when, where, how and to who were showing our ads. Now everything has become automatic. Want to target an specific audience? The algorithm takes it as a recomendation. Want to target only Instagram and not all the other placements nobody cares about? Thats going to cost a lot more of CPM You prepare an ad with a lot of care? The algorithm is going to crop the creative, put some horrible music on top and say that doing this is going to improve the performance.

Pros

Easy way to generate quality traffic, depending on the market it can be very cheap. Quick way to gain data if you launch a new website.

Cons

Day after day we have less control over the audience we target. Everything is becoming more and more dynamic or automatic.

Meta Business functions as a CRM, Order Management, Procurement manager, and all-around place for advertising and connecting with clients and customers.

Meta Business requires you to link a personal profile to your business feature in order to sign in to manage your page.

Pros

I love so much about Meta. I like the reporting tools and dashboards that offer plenty of insights and information on the performance of my campaigns

Cons

I don't like the restrictions on some of the targeting options on Meta. These have been limited over the years.
