I love this application very much because it facilitates my work and manages the processes of communication with customers in a great way, as well as it offers many important tools.
Its been such great joy digging up someone from my past and reconnecting or getting re acquainted. There are also some very awesome groups to spend that available free time in.
I'm absolutely enjoying this awesome app. Thanks for making this app easy to use, it really works great on my LG Stylo 5.
How easy it is to communicate with everyone. The different futures are getting more advanced and their ability to help get your business out there is important.

Everyone can send messages, which can lead to unwanted message. Fake accounts and fake information could be stop.
The application should be able to trace out fake profiles and block them. Also, more security features can be added to prevent account hacking.
Some times a lot of unwanted content makes you frustrated on Facebook, although options are available to avoid such content which you don't like. Software should be more user-friendly.
The interface changes a lot and sometimes without warning, this can cause a disruption in your workflow and leave you having to relearn the platform.

"A powerful, yet complicated, advertising tool"
Overall: We are an advertising agency and we are using Meta for Business on a daily basis for a number of our clients. The wealth of tools & options that it provides can be powerful when used correctly. However, the complexity of the tool and the endless metrics can misguide both users and end clients, when it comes to reviewing results & deciding on upcoming campaign optimisations.
Pros: The platform is always updated & renewed with new functionalities to help advertisers target their audiences.
Cons: The fact that the platform is always updated, it makes it less user friendly, especially for people who are not using it on a daily basis. Also, the platform is trying to automate everything through AI hence users need to be really experienced in order to make the most out of the platform.

Overall: Meta is hit and miss now. You might have a good outcome with a campaign, or you might get lost and your message is only seen by bots and trolls, and you end up with a mailbox full of porn ads. It's embarrassing as a business to have to click on and delete these messages. The worst part, there is no way to avoid it. It's so obvious that they don't care anymore and are only in it for the money.
Pros: I do have one "pro": I like that we can post to Facebook without leaving Instagram, which is at least a little more tolerable than Facebook.
Cons: There is no actual customer support. The spam and straight up PORNOGRAPHY they allow in Direct Messaging makes it extremely unpleasant to wade through the fake messages to hopefully find a real customer.

Overall: My overall experience is i've been using the platform over the last 10-12 years running ads for various events, concerts, brands or talent.
Pros: Running ads via multiple placements using one platform to control ad delivery.
Cons: You cant control frequency within the platform and even when you create rules they are not as effective as you'd like them to be.

"Not customer friendly "
Overall: It’s rather easy to place advertising on meta but the value is low. There is tons of snap and fake accounts posting as meta that are trying to scam and it seems meta really isn’t monitoring it. However it hard to tell and there is no real support or customer care. It’s just pay us and your ad will run no value added no support no real interaction at all it’s a rather cold and untrustworthy interaction, especially in a doing business with scenario.

Overall: We are a small nonprofit. Donations and engagement from social media make up a not-insignificant amount of our fundraising. We are not in a position to even consider removing social media from our business plan. However, we found that there was a significant knowledge gap between staff members who use social media for personal use and professionals who implement marketing strategies. We don't have the budget to hire a full-time social media marketer. At the same time, having untrained staff oversee our social media accounts resulted In underwhelming campaign results and dozens of hours of loss productivity due to their lack of understanding of the features provided by Meta for Business. Utilizing Meta for Business has solved both of those problems. I strongly recommend businesses use the approach we used. It saves money, results in more engagement, and provides a more professional appearance.
Pros: The automated programming, ability to schedule posts, and the analytics that are provided are save us countless hours of manpower each week. By hiring a person to come once a week, we have been able to cut the operations costs of social media campaigns to less than 20% of what we were spending.
Cons: There are no drawbacks or negative impacts of using Meta that would lead us to consider another approach. If anything, the biggest drawback is that it doesn't work on other social media platforms. Once we started using it, we quickly realized how much better it was than the included software on other platforms.

Cons: Managing several campaigns and different brands can be very complicated if you don't really master the concepts and structure of the interface.

Pros: I can't imagine managing my page without meta, it's a companion tool for page administrators, I love the variety of Kpis, the possibility of planning, launching and monitoring an advertising campaign and manage the commun. All this is for free. I should also mention the fact of being in contact with the community, understanding their preferences, expectations and reactions really helps us produce adequate content and ensure good performance of the page.
Cons: Nothing to mention about inconvient of méta but I would Like to have all social media included in for example ( Linkedin, Tik tok et Youtube...)
"More of a 'should have' than 'must have'"
Overall: Overall, a presence on Meta nowadays is almost an unwritten rule of any business, however I would not recommend managing it yourself unless you have prior experience with the platform. It has awful customer support that will either advise you cannot do things or just send you the link to the closest matching FAQ (IF you can actually get a hold of their support, that is). Even if you do take on the challenge, you could end up spending a lot more than you need too due to the complexity and vagueness of the pricing. That being said, if used effectively, Meta can be one of the most powerful marketing tools you can get utilise, it just has to be used correctly.
Pros: Meta for Business provides possibly the largest exposure for customers possible, however it can be quite difficult to use and costly to use effectively.
Cons: The sheer complicated factor of Meta combined with it's almost useless customer support mean it's almost impossible to get help using the product, and is one reason why third party social media management companies exist in order to do this for you. Unless you have experience using this product, you almost certainly will not use it to it's full potential.
"Zero Business Ethics and Human Decency"
Overall: Zero benefits. Tons of headaches. They actually gave my Instagram username which I paid a consultant to grow to 3000 and manage content to a pervert looking for sex with women. I probably have a defamation suit, too. But I'm sick of thinking of this disgustingly greedy company.
Pros: Instagram. I so so so sad Meta purchased it.
Cons: I sued them for Gross Negligence and won in San Diego Superior Court. This is how the racket works: The hackers post child porn to the small businesses controlling FB page which get you locked out of all your Meta Platforms profiles. The hackers then charge advertising for their most likely fraudulent products to the payment-methods-on-file for small businesses they hack using child porn, which I was. The hackers charged much, much more than my small businesses budget ever would allow.. Then the hackers get to sell their fraudulant wares to Facebook and Instagram Users to victimize them (all on the small business victims dime.). The hackers win because they sell their fraudulent wares using the hacked accounts of small business victims. And Meta wins because they get tons more advertising sales to report. The losers are child porn victims because they drive up the value of child porn and us, the legitamate clients who advertise on Meta Platforms, as well as, the Facebook and Instagram Users who get tricked into purchasing the fraudulant wares. (This would explain why Meta doesn't offer easy access customer service support to the small business advertising clients that were victimized by the hackers. Gross Negligence is more profitable than safeguarding paid advertisers and Users. At the end of the trial, the Judge informed me that Meta gets paid no matter what -- because they get to keep the money. Banks don't go after fraudulant charges if it's cheaper not to.
