Meta for business is replacing business websites creation with extra dollar investment. Now our business is in the forefront. As our products as farming related and Meta has the reach upto remote villages, human presence has been limited to promote products to the farming community. Cons Meta for Business should have the option to create multiple accounts for multiple business of an enterprenuer. Secondly, response to my appeals is zero. August 13, 2022 5.0 Overall, creating social media posts for Facebook and Instagram is pretty easy and mostly reliable. Apart from a few glitches here and there, Meta for Business allows content creators to schedule posts at the most optimal times across multiple Facebook accounts. It was truly designed for content creators in mind. Pros Meta for Business makes social media management insanely easy by allowing people to schedule and automatically post content directly to Facebook and Instagram. It's mostly reliable and allows easy access to edit posts and suggest times and dates that are optimal for post engagement. Cons I've run into a few glitches wherein a post that was meant to be scheduled is automatically posted - an extremely annoying problem. I also wish there were more features for Stories and the ability to post Reels from Meta for Business. Many times, I still need to use the app in order to make robust Stories and Reels in general. Reason for choosing Meta for Business Overall, despite the many other softwares/sites that offer to provide the same service, I'd always recommend using Meta for Business directly. Pros Easy to use. They do display your ad's that you set up. I am use to the platform and how to use it. They do help you with your business if you call customer service. Posting your products and listing prices are easy. Keeping track of your sales works to a certain point. Cons There are times when you call for help that you reach a person who does not understand or can't always help you. You do at times get the run around with customer service. Though to a certain point they do keep track of your sales it is not always as easy or as thorough as you would like it to be. I like being visible to my clients daily and able to connect with them via tablet, phone or computer depending on where I am currently. Gives me a quick way to respond and work with people one one. Being able to connect a group to the page gives me a better setting to work with groups of people and gives them a more private place to post other than directly on a public Facebook post. Cons My biggest complaint is with the security of business pages. If you keep your email open to clients you are VERY vulnerable to hackers taking over your page. I've know multiple business page owners who have lost all of their content, and the hard work they put in to develop relationships with their clients. Most of the time Facebook will "eventually" shut down the page after multiple reports of hacking, but by then the creator or business owner has lost their following or the people who are under the impression that the page is still being run by the owner have been spammed or are open to viruses or hacking of their personal accounts. If Facebook can demand a "legal" name for your personal page they can do much more for businesses pages to make them secure. Pros Facebook allows our team to connect with various audiences in a meaningful way. We also are able to set up, promote and hold various events, including Facebook Live events. The platform also allows scheduling options through the recently revamped business suite. Cons The new business suite, through which you can manage the content and view analytics for professional pages, is not easy to locate and pretty buggy. The software is easy to use and enriched with features. The navegation bars are well designed, however sometimes they can look too crowded. Pros Easy to use and access. Several features such as marketing, creation of social groups. Intended to empower people with public speaking and expressing their opinions. Cons The code generation feature is hard to find. To enhance the user experience it should have its own tab. Also the automatic feature of fact review embedded in the software is not always accurately, decreasing the user experience. One idea that I think would be great to have is a 'public news channel' where the user can load and publish events and be their own reporters.
