The wealth of tools & options that it provides can be powerful when used correctly. However, the complexity of the tool and the endless metrics can misguide both users and end clients, when it comes to reviewing results & deciding on upcoming campaign optimisations. Pros The platform is always updated & renewed with new functionalities to help advertisers target their audiences. Cons The fact that the platform is always updated, it makes it less user friendly, especially for people who are not using it on a daily basis. Also, the platform is trying to automate everything through AI hence users need to be really experienced in order to make the most out of the platform. Review Source Fabio L. Sometimes it takes too long to load the features. There are some features they have changed that it's not good for Local Business, but on the other hand, the campaings work better than 2 years ago. Their advantage plus option is very recommended nowadays. Pros It works fine, because it has a lot of audience. Besides, the Advantage plus is working really fine after a few years using it. Meta is working good to auto-optimize the campaigns we work on. Cons It's very slow to work in it. It changes too quickly and sometimes it's hard to find the features we need. When there is a service-wide glitch, it can be painful. Pros Meta is a powerhouse for targeted image ads. Its a necessary part of most full scale marketing campaigns because you can achieve great results. Cons Meta's customer service is almost non-existent. You bounce from an automated message to a real person constantly redirecting you to another team which will then redirect you back to the first team. It works and generates business, however there are obvious quirks with the software that are a continuous annoyance. The UI could be a little more straightforward, but I understand they jam in a lot of "features". Pros It works to generate business, it's not perfect but we run a lot of ads and generate a lot of leads. Cons UI not straightforward. Comparado con Google Ads su uso es mas intuitivo y sin conocimientos previos puedes facilmente configurar una campaña, siempre y cuando conozca la segmentacion del mercado a la que vas dirigido Cons Sin conocimientos previos puedes caer en practicas que meta considera que no pueden ser publicados. Te pueden llegar mensajes que pueden causar temor de que hiciste algo malo en tu campaña y que tu pagina puede ser bloqueada, sin embargo estos mensajes son falsos.
