For now, this app is much more preferable if you'll use it for business or research purposes. Cons It is very, very polluted. Anyone can just post anything -- which is why fake news and black propaganda can easily spread without warning. They need to have a better way to curate toxic and harmful content more than just having users report it themselves, because this method is way too subjective. If you're wording is slightly off, they may consider it hate speech but allow other things that should be banned. Overall, I enjoy Facebook but I hate that if you make a comment that they deem as hate speech, you get banned. You can dispute the ban but more often than not, they will deny the dispute and keep you banned. There is absolutely no customer service to talk to about anything at all so you're just banned with no other options. In that aspect it's extremely lacking. Pros I love being able to keep in touch with family and friends, even making new friends from all over. I like being able to see my friends and family from all over the world post pictures of their families and pets, vacations and sadnesses. Cons Facebook tends to sensor a lot of stuff for no reason and there is no customer service at all. Cons Battery life is drained very quickly by the Facebook app. The chat functionality has been split off into a separate app, but you still see the notifications for it within the main Facebook app, which is quite annoying.
