Since, we started using it, we’ve seen a 10% lift in our clients conversion rate. I reason why I love it is because it is very cost effective than other ad platforms. Also, you can target your audience on a granular level which is a big plus when it comes to getting sales. One more feature that I love personally is carousel ads, no other platform is offering it. It really helps to show multiple products in one ad especially in eCommerce space. Cons The UI is bit complicated. It took me around 15 days to understand everything. Everything else is fine. If it wasn't for Facebook I could not keep in touch with my customers or my family members. Let us give Facebook 10 stars for being the best platform. Pros The features are using it for reaching out to your friends and family and to start a small business using the Facebook platform. It is so easy to use I have been using this software since 2011 and never had any issues. Cons No features were missing and it doesn't need any improvements I have never had any issue using Facebook it's an easy platform to use. I am covered! Cons Being limited on the number of pictures to post with both Facebook and Instagram can be a drag but it only happens every so often if I have a post with multiple pictures. I love how Facebook has a search bar that you can search anything on Facebook and usually, you find what you’re looking for. I really like how you can also like or comment on someone’s post! Cons I don’t like that there is barely any customer service if you have problems. I also don’t like how Facebook flags posts for no reason. I also like the fact that Facebook now has a story, where you can post pictures and videos or whatever is happening around you without having to post them on your main feed or page. Very nice!!!!! Cons Well, the only thing I don’t like about Facebook is everyone having access to message or video call you. I think Facebook messager should only be for who are friends with each other. We've used Facebook for many years at this point. In our industry, I would say it's utility is largely limited to what it accomplishes from a PR and company culture standpoint. For our clients, it is one more way to keep them updated on our progress, involvement and tech updates while also allowing us to highlight their accomplishments relative to shared projects. For company culture, it allows families and friends of team members to share our achievements and see what their loved ones do all day. Pros The interface is fairly intuitive. Day-to-day posting is easy and the site effectively allows me to control position in meaningful ways. It's reasonable fast and does reach a broad audience effectively.
