I enjoy scrolling through my newsfeed to see updates on topics that I am interested in, and also getting updates on friends' major events in life. Facebook allows me to keep within reaching distance with others and to me, that is important as communication is key for everything. I also love how simple and self-explanatory it is to use the platform. Overall, I will continue to use facebook as my main communicating source with others. Cons I've recently noticed that in groups where there are many tags and comments, I don't get notifications for the ones I am tagged in. I also like the integration of creator studio where I can repurpose previously posted content. It's created great memories for me and I like some of the new features Facebook has implemented, like Facebook Watch. Unfortunately they do have issues with ads that aren't relevant and bots. Pros Facebook is a great app that anyone can use regardless of age. I've used it for over a decade and it's the oldest social media I've kept around. Its platform will always be familiar and easy to use. Cons I think Facebook needs to filter both its ads and users more often. I get ads from random online sites sometimes that seem like total scams; I search them up on Trustpilot and see very low ratings or they don't even exist. I also get friend requests and message requests frequently from strangers that seem like bots. I see many people can share in the same group but Facebook just does not allow me to share my videos and that is frustrating and there is no support to get this issue solved Pros I like that I can be connected with friends and colleagues, the possibility to share photos, videos or publish posts and comment on them. The possibility of chatting as well. Cons What I do not like is that when participating in some groups, when publishing Facebook just does not notify all members of the group of every post, Facebook just notifies a very few members making it difficult to share a post or video as will not have any feedback. Schedule Ads in one place and see consolidated reports of both platforms all from one place. it saves me a lot of time not to have to do all this twice. Cons It is still expensive to use Ads in here. Maybe it is just the way I use the campaigns and the target audience that I setup, but the return to actual sales are pretty slim. might not be related to the platform but just the way I setup my Ads.
