It allows natural expressions among communicators. It is also easy to use among all age groupings. Facebook is the most friendly software for interactions among friends and it is able to accommodation larges of fellows on one platform. I love Facebook more any other software. I strongly recommend Facebook to all my friends and loved ones both home and abroad as well as all my business partners respectively. Cons One disadvantage of Facebook is I cannot make voice calls for a long time. The networks is not all always stable. Due to frequent breakages in communicating. I wish there was a benchmark that could give me a better idea on how the ad is performing. Pros Boosting ads is easy, you can do so on the app even. You can create several different audiences where you segment by location, interests, etc. and love the lookalike functionality. Plus my complimentary call with a FB expert was very helpful! Cons It's really hard to know if you're doing it right. Are my numbers ok? Additionally there's rules that you'd have to be an expert to know - one of my ads wasn't delivering because there was too many words on my graphic but no error was prompted when I boosted it and put money behind it. Facebook has many features that help with finding friends and events easily. Its messenger app is also very good and versatile for group chats. It's still great for news as well and looking at funny videos. Facebook is still very prevalent in today's society for business and personal use and overall, it's still a useful tool to network and keep up with friends and other topics. Cons The big con is that the news feed isn't in chronological order like it used to be. I very much enjoyed the chronological order of things but as a business standpoint, that isn't as viable in terms of the keeping the user's attention span focused on Facebook. When I first started my blog (my business) I created a Facebook page but quickly took it down once I realized how dead it was on Facebook. I now only use Facebook for the private group feature and promote my business through Instagram. Pros So although I mainly use Instagram for my business social media, Facebook is still great for private groups. I don’t like having a general Facebook page for my business but having a private group where customers can posts comments and concerns is really helpful! It’s also a good place for me to share info to my customers who are part of the private group by posting to the group. It’s a quick and easy way to communicate with them outside of email. Cons I feel like Facebook today is just not the best social media platform for businesses. My target customer demographic (20 to 30-year-old females) is not on Facebook but Instagram! I just feel like Facebook is outdated and more of a place to keep up with family than to promote your business. It is one of my favorite apps and one of the most used apps on my phone. I think I have had my facebook for well over 10 years. Pros What I like most is that it is easy to use and I can stay connected with my friends and family from across the world. I especially like that Facebook Messenger will let you facetime, it helps alot when two people have different phones and cant always facetime via iphone. I also really enjoy all of the things you can do on facebook, videos, pictures, and everything else. Cons What i Least like about facebook is nothing. I really enjoy facebook. I was young and I had many colleagues and friends 30 years ago. 30 years ago there was no smartphone, there was no internet in my country. Today these friends are on facebook. I talk to them, I share with them comments using facebook. If you want to make a new friend, if you want to work in a new company, if you want to discuss with your colleagues, then facebook is for you. Cons When I search for new friends Facebook is showing many persons that I do not wish to make them my friends. To talk with a friend I have to request his / her friendship, I lost a very good girlfriend because she never accepted to talk to me on facebook. Most of the people doesn’t know about the existence of this app. There can be interesting postings there. For example I found once a studio for renting and it was a lucky choice. Very easy to communicate with the sellers via FB messenger, free to use. Cons Sometimes the messages from external people arrives to spam folder, so the seller cannot see the message. It provides you with cool features that does not consume a lot of your energy to post a product/services hence it is most effective tool to rely on as a marketer.My sales turned from 50% to 75% for the period of just one month after I started to use Meta for Business so for a really serious sales officer needs this rather than those traditional ways out there in the market. Once you click on the comment section of a post and there's people commenting on it your feed will be pushed down and it can make your display very jittery which gets quite annoying. Also, Facebook shoots out random ads that you don't even know where they come from.
