They actually gave my Instagram username which I paid a consultant to grow to 3000 and manage content to a pervert looking for sex with women. I probably have a defamation suit, too. But I'm sick of thinking of this disgustingly greedy company. Pros Instagram. I so so so sad Meta purchased it. Cons I sued them for Gross Negligence and won in San Diego Superior Court. This is how the racket works: The hackers post child porn to the small businesses controlling FB page which get you locked out of all your Meta Platforms profiles. The hackers then charge advertising for their most likely fraudulent products to the payment-methods-on-file for small businesses they hack using child porn, which I was. The hackers charged much, much more than my small businesses budget ever would allow.. Then the hackers get to sell their fraudulant wares to Facebook and Instagram Users to victimize them (all on the small business victims dime.). The hackers win because they sell their fraudulent wares using the hacked accounts of small business victims. And Meta wins because they get tons more advertising sales to report. The losers are child porn victims because they drive up the value of child porn and us, the legitamate clients who advertise on Meta Platforms, as well as, the Facebook and Instagram Users who get tricked into purchasing the fraudulant wares. (This would explain why Meta doesn't offer easy access customer service support to the small business advertising clients that were victimized by the hackers. Gross Negligence is more profitable than safeguarding paid advertisers and Users. At the end of the trial, the Judge informed me that Meta gets paid no matter what -- because they get to keep the money. Banks don't go after fraudulant charges if it's cheaper not to. Reason for choosing Meta for Business I have always used several products. Thank god. If I'd put all my eggs in their trashy basket I'd be out of business. With just a simple click or tap either phone or mobile, you can easily access to everything, from searching for your friends; managing your Pages; listing in Marketplace; checking out your ads manage; events etc. 4. Posting stories become more entertaining and fun as there are a range of creative filters or frames that you can use to get yourself a nice selfie. 5. Sending messages becomes ever so convenient whereby FB now allows you to download a messenger software onto your desktop so that you wouldn't miss a single incoming message. 6. Ads Manager is more than an essential but more like a necessity if you are establishing your business social presence. In setting up a page or FB shop, you just have to make yourself familiar with the in and outs of ads manager. Cons As much as FB has become part of our lives, there are a few things that can rattle someone's cage. 1. Ads Manager Necessary useful & a must to learn to get your business running. Pros I really like the Marketplace part of Facebook. I frequently post items which I no longer need for sale on Facebook Marketplace and I have had a lot of luck there in getting rid of things that previously had never gotten used by me. I especially like that there is a rating system for both buyers and sellers so that others can see ratings indicating a specific user's reliability, honesty, friendliness and punctuality. This makes it easy to decide whether you would like to do business with someone or not. I also like that any payments made for items that are to be shipped are 100% backed by Facebook and funds are only released upon successful delivery and satisfaction of the buyer. Cons Regarding the Facebook Marketplace again, I have had a couple of different experiences which somebody had paid me for an item that I was selling and I was to ship it out them as they lived in another state. I was unable to access a shipping label that I should have been able to access and print to put on the package before shipping out the item. I had set it all up correctly and the person had indicated that they needed it shipped so a pre-paid shipping label most definitely should have been sent to me right away. Among other frustrations, this was also during a time period where there was a promotion going on through Facebook which stated that for this certain tome period I was supposed to get free shipping so not only was the customer disappointed for having to wait but I also had to go out of my way and purchase my own shipping label elsewhere which was very inconvenient and costly. Pros This software has streamlined social media management. As the sole person in charge of our social media, it has made my life infinitely easier. Scheduled posting as well as the ability to cross across multiple platforms (Facebook and Instagram) at the same time has cut my workload in half. The monitoring is also incredibly useful. I no longer have to try to figure out the best days/times to schedule posts to get the most reach and engagement. Ideal times, follower demographics, etc are all available at my fingertips. Overall, it is amazing software. Cons When selecting to post to both Facebook and Instagram at the same time, tagging other users or businesses is difficult. The system is not able to recognize the difference between the two platforms. On those posts, I have to post each one separately for the tagging to work properly. Reason for choosing Meta for Business No other products were considered. We were already using Facebook and Instagram for all of our social media, so Meta for Business made the most sense. I can assign any role I want to my client. I may choose him to perform the role of admin or may assign him as an analyst. This thing is also not restricted to have limited roles permission to limited clients. I can add and manage unlimited partners and their accounts too. And may grant any permission I want. And I can assign my client as admin to get a suggestion or any type of instruction that he want for his business.
