When we have a limit its stops us from being able to contact all the contacts we need. From a non-business stand point, you can easily lose track of time and get lost in all the of the drama in the world around you, without getting your feet dirty. Much better communication between customer service and Account Managers on issues. Pros It has really useful tools to stay connected to supervisors especially when you work remotely. The translation tool is useful when reading posts by our associates in Puerto Rico. I like that you can create groups which makes communication with our Account Managers much easier. Cons I didn't notice a way to check or verify that files needing to be reviewed were reviewed. Can be cool to stay in contact with your followers/consumers. Cons SPAM! Also, with Facebooks algorithms, you don't see all the post or people that you follow. From abusiness side, if you pay for ads, the reach that it says you may have is not nearly close to what the results fair out to be. With paid and unpaid ads or posts, you're only reaching about 16% of your audience. It's such a low number, I wouldn't pay for ads again. Just love the fact that I can stay in touch with the people I care the most, now being actually a long way from home. I've a couple groups where I share all kind of videos with my family and is just hilarious, we have a great time. Easy to use, to share and to always find good content when bored anywhere I would be. Cons The latest Android update didn't like me that much. Its taking a long time to upload stuff and most of the time I have to try a more than once to get the job done. Why does it keep updating so much? And please stop with the ads at the middle of videos. Thank you. On facebook I join groups that connects other teacher and substitute teachers to discuss various topics related to teaching. I refer to the groups commonly to get tips from other users on how to effectively do my job. Cons Facebook can be distracting.
