Pros

I love so much about Meta. I like the reporting tools and dashboards that offer plenty of insights and information on the performance of my campaigns

Cons

I don't like the restrictions on some of the targeting options on Meta. These have been limited over the years.

Cons

It can be a bit clunky to find where you need to go but once you figure it out, it's easy to use.

In general, I like its interface and various tools. However, the lack of an editor tool like Google Editor and the problems with multiple changes require a lot of manual processing, so my general opinions are between positive and negative. Nevertheless, it will always be in our media plans as a platform where we get better results than all other paid social platforms.

Pros

The ease of the interface, easy access to ad visuals and previews, diversity in budget management and bid strategies, and at the same time the ability to reflect more results on the platform thanks to the attribution model.

Cons

I experienced bugs many times, had to reset ad manager and had to reach out to meta support many times. Also, as an agency employee, I had to face many account restrictions and had difficulty managing clients' campaigns.

Meta Business functions as a CRM, Order Management, Procurement manager, and all-around place for advertising and connecting with clients and customers.

Cons

Meta Business requires you to link a personal profile to your business feature in order to sign in to manage your page.

Our overall experience with Meta for Business has been great! We find it to be super user friendly and allow us to have enhanced visibility when necessary.

Pros

Meta for business allows us to get information out to the public on 2 separate social media pages from one area. We love that you are able to schedule posts on a calendar to ensure that we can pre-plan upcoming posts.

Cons

We haven't yet had any things we have disliked about Meta for Business, but we do wish that there were less pricey options for advertisements, as we are smaller. For now, it works perfectly for all of our needs.

Pros

Meta for Business helps me analyze the money I am spending on advertising. It helps show how much traffic it is creating as well as leads and those leads contact information.

Cons

When you first start using it it can take a while to get the hang of it. There is a lot to look at and it can be hard to grasp.

Pros

Their ability to get my events in front of a broader audience is the main reason I use.

Cons

The ever changing software makes it hard to stay fresh on their tools - it's almost like it's planned to be that way.

Overall I enjoy Meta Business Suite. It’s easy to use and gives me a good snapshot of my activity in one place.

Pros

Great dashboard for seeing all activity on FB and IG in one place. Useful free scheduling function - planner - and great top level insights.

Cons

The platform seems to need a lot of device power! If I’m running multiple tabs and platforms it significantly slows me down.

So far, so good. It has been amazing for driving engagement and allows me to reach a wider audience from different countries. And being able to schedule content saves me a lot of time!

Pros

All the meta platforms are synced, so it's so convenient to be able to run ads seamlessly and monitor them (as well as comments) all from one place. It's very efficient for growing your business.

Cons

It can be a little difficult to navigate, especially if you're new to the platform. The interface could be a bit more beginner-friendly.

Pros

Tons of features all in one program! Efficient! Yeah, I think we do like 568. What’s that that means like in a week will continuously start getting 100. Yeah cause they’re 25 or 15 and so if we do five a day in about a week, we’ll start getting five a day paid.

I had a few issues with linking payments, but got it figured out

It’s very helpfuk for social media management. It has improved in recent years to allow for everything to be done in one app (commenting, sharing, messaging etc.) rather than jumping back and forth between FB & IG

Pros

Meta for Business is most helpful for me when I’m wanting to schedule content in advance across multiple platforms (Facebook & Instagram). It also makes creating ads easy and convienent.

Cons

I would like there to be an easier way to view individual account feeds and stories when they’re live.

Pros

Overall is an application that allows me to have my business organized and everything in just one place.

Cons

It has been giving me problems for about 9 months that have prevented me from being able to correctly synchronize my Instagram with my business's Facebook page. Although I have already seen that it is quite common, it does not take away from how excellent it is.

However, the complexity of the tool and the endless metrics can misguide both users and end clients, when it comes to reviewing results & deciding on upcoming campaign optimisations.

Pros

The platform is always updated & renewed with new functionalities to help advertisers target their audiences.

Cons

The fact that the platform is always updated, it makes it less user friendly, especially for people who are not using it on a daily basis. Also, the platform is trying to automate everything through AI hence users need to be really experienced in order to make the most out of the platform.

I am satisfied with the results lately, but it's hard to work on it. Sometimes it takes too long to load the features. There are some features they have changed that it's not good for Local Business, but on the other hand, the campaings work better than 2 years ago. Their advantage plus option is very recommended nowadays.

Pros

It works fine, because it has a lot of audience. Besides, the Advantage plus is working really fine after a few years using it. Meta is working good to auto-optimize the campaigns we work on.

Cons

It's very slow to work in it. It changes too quickly and sometimes it's hard to find the features we need. Besides it would be nice if it shows better reports of the actions and campaings.

I would say it's an average experience. It gets the job done but doesn't wow me. For advanced scheduling I use a third-party tool (ContentStudio) rather than directly through Meta.

Pros

It makes it pretty easy to collaborate and connect to my client's Meta Accounts.

Cons

There are updates being made a lot and oftentimes links won't take you to the right spot and jump back to broken links or missing links.
