Had a wonderful experience. Very responsive to customer needs, they are very open to feedback and to work on your custom requirements.

Pros

You can run end to end call monitoring, evaluation and agent coaching under one software. No need to flip through multiple Word documents or Excel sheets. The insights that the software drives are quite handy and offer a very objective view of your team’s performance. The best part is that playing back calls is now so much fun. The ability to directly seek to specific aspects of the calls without the need to listen to the call end to end is simply awesome.

Cons

Nothing as such. They are improving the product really fast.

it is good, will be using it further for training purpose.

Pros

The best thing about enthu is the speech to text function, 99% of the time it easily can pick up the words, even with clients with a strong accent.

Cons

Some starting bugs, but they got resolved by the tech team

Team training and coaching has improved a lot, without us spending too much of an extra effort. Collaborative learning has picked more pace where reps have started noticing what their peers are doing better on the sales calls. We don’t have full time call QA folks and the part time reps doing QA were not too engaged. That changed after Enthu where these people are now super engaged and enjoying their role; instead of random call listens, they make interesting call QA hypothesis and surface out calls that require a listen

Pros

Enthu has brought in a culture of self learning within my sales teams. All thanks to Enthu, my reps have got used to going back to their calls, looking at the analysis, hearing out other calls and eventually, deriving out improvements to make themselves better. It’s not that we were not doing this earlier, but Enthu makes the entire process extremely smooth, easy and collaborative.

Cons

Nothing major as of now. They are developing the product fast and the team is very responsive to our new feature requests, so it’s working fine for our needs.

Enthu is a must try tool for teams whose bread and butter rely on phone calls. You will get so many customer insights which you would probably never get if you rely on manual listening of the calls. I was also apprehensive about the onboarding and ramp up of my quality folks, but the support from Enthu was outstanding. You get a dedicated account manager to answer all your questions. In fact, most of the time, it was him driving us towards next steps before we asked him for anything. Overall, highly recommended.

Pros

Enthu.AI is completely customizable as per our calling use case. We use it specifically for the support use case to understand the customer pain points, objections, the reasons for churn etc. A great tool that proactively highlights the major parts of our day to day conversations.

Cons

Reporting can be better. We needed reporting in a particular way that was missing, but the team built that for us.
