Magnus Technologies builds enterprise TMS software for trucking companies, freight brokers, and logistics operations of all sizes. One platform manages the full order lifecycle: load planning, dispatch, real-time tracking, document collection, automated invoicing, and carrier settlement. Magnus runs on AWS on a single flat monthly subscription that covers all modules, all integrations, unlimited users, and full support. No add-on fees. No separate charges for EDI, integrations, or upgrades. The Magnus Driver App connects directly to the TMS. Drivers view assignments, capture documents, and send status updates from their phone. Documents get off the truck faster. Billing starts sooner. Magnus serves truckload, finished vehicle, dry van, flatbed, bulk, refrigerated, brokerage, and dedicated freight operations. Its capability for easy tracking, and organized features for claims

Cons

Bugs. Carriers cant see their loads. Issues with Raye Cons. Issues with rate cons reverting to zeroes in carriers payable.

Not only is this an incredible product, the service we receive is second to none. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] are prompt and know the product inside and out.

Pros

What I like most about this product is ease of use. It's almost as if you don't need to be trained, its very intuitive. Also, the initial rollout was seamless and we were on a very tight timeframe.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about this product.

Absolutely great, best customer service and resolution team I have ever worked with in IT arena and I have been in this business for 40 years.

Pros

Easy data flow and simple to understand as a user for the most part. If there are ever any questions, I simply contact support and a member of the support team answers back within minutes and I am good to go.

Cons

I would like to see more intergration with other accounting packages (IE Quickbooks) to further automate invoicing and claims processing.

Pros

We have used this software for years now and it has greatly improved our productivity. The support group is bar none! There are no dumb questions with them. They are there for us at any time. They have always accommodated us within feasibility of any special projects.

Cons

Sometimes the system upgrades will show some error message. They address it immediately, sometimes before we ask.

Reasons for choosing Magnus TMS

It was the best of different software that we looked at. It offered almost everything we would need being in a unique industry of carhauling.
