Cons The rooms and location function could be improved - for instance, our office has a number of conference rooms but you cannot see it as a calendar. Pros The main thing I love about Google Calendar is the ease of scheduling events and my schedule for the day. Google Calendar also allows you to share your calendar with ease with other staff, so everyone is on the same page. Google Calendar costs nothing, which is an incredible advantage and puts Google Calendar ahead of its competitors in terms of value for money. Sharing events through a simple email is incredibly useful if you are sharing events often. If you’re juggling work, life, and everything in between, you need this. Pros It keeps me from forgetting meetings,keeps me organized, and super easy to use. I wouldn't trust any other calendar. Pros Easy to keep track of events in a shared calendar with multiple users to better accommodate multi-use of shared space. Cons It was not as easy to share with non-google user accounts.
