I like how when l book a hotel or ticket or a doctor's appointment it automatically is added to my google calendar with one tick. Pros Reminds me of all my appointments without failure. Syncs with ,y gmail so it prompts me to set up reminders automatically if it reads of appointments in my mail. Allows me to set a yearly event so l don't have to remember to do reminders for something like birthdays every year. Cons No cons, l am satisfied with the reminders. Pros I used this every day, multiple times a day. My whole life, personal and business is tracked on it. Cons Linking calendars and picking what shows is always a hurdle for me. Used for my personal and family activities. Where we can have all our plans, and a "to do" or task list, which you can set reminders, descriptions and more. As my wife has irregular working hours and our kids are full of activities in the afternoon, I cannot visualize myself without this organization. and if you have any issue, you can be sure the Google support will be there to help you, as well as many blogs and youtube videos for tricks and tips. The free version is fantastic for private usage. Pros A very standardize tool, which is ideal for small and medium companies, as well as a perfect family application. It has great feautures and it is Google easy to use with a great user interface. Cons It would be great if the Google Caledar would be accessible with any E-Mail address, rather than only from gmail. Very nice integration management with a bunch of apps, and sends me email reminders constantly about events. Very nice and easy to use. Pros I like that it connects to my phone, PC, and every smart appliance i have and illustrates everything in its algorithm. Cons I just think there should be a little more customization. Very easy to use, create appointments, send appt. invites, chat with colleagues, etc.. Cons Needing others to accept the meetings as "canceled" when things get moved around. I have not missed any meetings since it is easy clearly laid out. Pros I like how you are able to collaborate with others and share calendars amongst each other. I am able to quickly see if someone is busy or who I will be meeting with throughout the day. Cons I wish there were easier ways to incorporate different holidays throughout the calendar. It integrates really well with other software that we use. It is very easy to use and to arrange meetings on. Cons What I like least is that if the online meeting is occurring on Zoom rather than Google Meet, the link is confusing and staff will often arrive late due to the additional link.
