I hope more improvements will be made in the future, especially in terms of a better Asana integration. Pros Since it's the standard as far as calendar apps, it integrates nearly seamlessly with invitations from Zoom and other third-party apps. It's generally reliable and easy enough to set up. Cons I wish there were a better integration to Asana. It's challenging to manage multiple Google accounts (such as several Gmail inboxes for different clients) and constantly have to ensure your calendar is reflecting the correct Google account. Admittedly, this would be easier on Chrome, but on Firefox it is very clunky. I wish there were a way to checkmark scheduled events as done. Sure, they disappear off your calendar once they've lapsed, but there would be some satisfaction in actually 'checking' them off. Maybe there is a setting somewhere that I don't know about. I need to allow myself more time to try to play with the various features that I do not use often to improve my comfort level. Pros I like the different options that are offered for example the various views that are offered especially when I have several calendars shared with me. I like being able to search for other coworker's schedules when I need to arrange a meeting. I love color coding my schedule. It is reminiscent of the paper planners/calendars that I used to use. I would recommend it to anyone trying to get more organized or for people who need to share a calendar that’s always changing. Pros Google Calendar is a lifesaver with how intuitive it is and how easy it is to share calendars with other people. Managing appointments couldn’t be easier, and being able to use Google Calendar with other software (like Skylight Calendar, for example) is amazing and very convenient! Cons Some settings can be tricky to figure out. I could only edit the calendar items I added to a shared calendar. Pros I love that I can see real time updates on my calendar, so when anyone else changes things on their calendar I can see them right away. I also like that it syncs to our hearth.
