### "Reliable and Intuitive Scheduling That Keeps My Day Perfectly Organized"

August 31, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Google Calendar has been exceptionally positive. It serves as a reliable all-in-one hub that cleanly bridges the gap between my professional commitments and personal scheduling. The learning curve is practically non-existent because the layout is so intuitive. While the design can look a bit dense on frantic days when multiple schedules overlap, the platform's overall dependability, automation, and effortless sharing capabilities easily outweigh these minor interface limitations. It is an indispensable tool for staying productive and keeping my daily agenda organized.

Pros

Seamless Ecosystem Integration: It integrates flawlessly with Gmail, Google Meet, and Google Drive, allowing you to generate meeting links and view invites automatically. Flawless Multi-Device Syncing: The calendar synchronizes instantly across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices, ensuring your schedule is always up to date. Effortless Collaboration: Sharing calendars with team members, clients, or family members is straightforward, making group coordination simple. Excellent Value: The core platform is completely free to use, offering incredibly robust scheduling features without a financial barrier.

Cons

Cluttered Multi-Calendar Views: The interface can quickly become visually busy and crowded when overlaying multiple calendars or managing dozens of tasks. Basic Customization: Color-coding options for events are somewhat limited, making granular visual organization difficult for complex schedules. Rigid Advanced Scheduling: Managing complex recurring meeting exceptions or cross-organizational permissions can occasionally feel clunky compared to dedicated enterprise tools.

### "A Lifesaver for Managing My Busy Schedule"

June 26, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Google Calendar has been excellent. It keeps my professional and personal life organized, sends timely reminders, and helps me manage a busy schedule without missing important events. For me, it is much more than just a calendar—it has helped me stay on top of my responsibilities and has even played a small role in one of the biggest milestones in my career.

Pros

As a physiotherapist, my work schedule changes every day depending on patient bookings. Along with work, I also have to manage my personal life, gym, appointments, birthdays, and family events. Google Calendar has become one of the apps I rely on the most. I have linked my Gmail with Google Calendar, so many appointments and events are automatically added to my calendar. I also receive reminders before important events, which helps me stay organized and avoid forgetting things. One incident I will always remember is when Google Calendar literally saved an important opportunity for me. I was at the gym before work when I got a reminder that I had a job interview scheduled in 30 minutes. It was an online interview, and luckily my gym was close to home. I rushed back, joined the interview on time, and eventually got selected for the hospital position. I had been trying to get a hospital job for a long time, and if Google Calendar hadn't reminded me, I could have completely missed that opportunity. I also use it to remember birthdays, anniversaries, doctor's appointments, and personal tasks. It really helps me maintain a better work-life balance because I don't have to rely only on my memory.

Cons

Personally, I haven't experienced any major drawbacks. The app has worked reliably for me, and I haven't had any significant issues while using it.

### "Best Meeting And Event Reminder"

July 28, 2026

5.0

I always schedule meetings and reminders with Google Calendar pertaining to meetings, events, or something that I don't want to forget about and Google Calendar never fails, it always does the job.

Pros

Whenever you have a sceduled meeting or event that you don't want to forget about Google Calendar is the perfect option. Google Calendar always remind you about the meeting or the event even before the scheduled time so that you will not miss it and so that you won't be late.

Cons

To be honest with you there is nothing that I dislike about it, and there is nothing that I like the least about Google Calendar. Honestly I have no issues pertaining to Google Calendar.

### "Simple and Reliable Calendar for Everyday Scheduling"

September 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Google Calendar. It makes appointment management and daily scheduling straightforward, and the reminders help me stay on top of meetings, classes, and deadlines. The Gmail integration also makes email management and scheduling much easier. Its ease of use, cross-device syncing, and integration with other Google Workspace tools make it a great everyday productivity tool. Despite a few minor bugs and issues, the overall value for money is excellent.

Pros

Google Calendar is simple and easy to use, and it does a great job of keeping my schedule organized. I like how easy it is to create appointments, set reminders, and manage recurring events. The integration with Gmail is especially useful because events from emails can be added to the calendar quickly. The chat and communication features through Google Workspace also make coordinating with others convenient. Overall, it provides excellent value for money for everyday scheduling.

Cons

The main limitation is that the interface can become a little crowded when you have a lot of appointments and calendars added. I have also noticed occasional bugs and issues, such as reminders or calendar updates taking a little time to sync across devices. Customer support could be more direct when dealing with account or synchronization problems. Some advanced appointment management options could also be more flexible.

### "The Best Calendar App for Keeping My Family Organized"

July 24, 2026

5.0

As a busy parent, Google Calendar has become one of the most important apps I use every day. Between school events, doctor appointments, sports, family activities, and work commitments, it helps keep our entire family's schedule organized in one place. I love how easy it is to create events, set reminders, and color-code different calendars so I can quickly see what's coming up. Sharing calendars with family members has made coordinating schedules much easier, and the automatic reminders help ensure we don't forget important appointments or events. One of my favorite features is that everything syncs across all of my devices, so whether I'm on my phone or computer, I always have access to our most up-to-date schedule. It also integrates seamlessly with Gmail, automatically adding many appointments and invitations, which saves me time. Overall, Google Calendar is simple, reliable, and incredibly helpful for managing a busy family. I honestly don't know how I'd keep everything organized without it.

Pros

Easy to create and edit events Color-coded calendars for better organization Share calendars with family members Automatic reminders and notifications Syncs across all devices Integrates with Gmail and Google Workspace Recurring events are easy to set up Multiple calendar views (day, week, month, agenda) Add locations, notes, attachments, and guests Simple to manage school, work, and personal schedules together Free to use Reliable syncing and cloud backup

Cons

Notification settings can be overwhelming at first Shared calendars can become cluttered with many users Some advanced scheduling features have a learning curve Color customization is somewhat limited Searching older events can occasionally be frustrating Limited built-in task management compared to dedicated planning apps Offline functionality is more limited than when connected It can get busy-looking if you manage multiple calendars

### "Why Google Calendar Remains the Ultimate Workhorse for Daily Time Management"

August 21, 2026

5.0

Overall, Google Calendar serves as an exceptionally reliable, intuitive workhorse that seamlessly keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly. While it lacks some high-end, specialized project management tools and advanced task customization, its rock-solid reliability and universal familiarity far outweigh those drawbacks. It eliminates the friction of scheduling, ensures everyone stays on the same page, and remains the gold standard for daily time management across our organization.

Pros

What I appreciate most about Google Calendar is its unmatched simplicity and seamless integration across both mobile and desktop devices. Inviting team members, attaching relevant documents directly to events, and managing multiple shared calendars requires virtually zero learning curve for new employees. The smart scheduling capabilities—such as automated meeting links via Google Meet and intelligent time-zone conversions—take all the friction out of setting up internal and external meetings. Additionally, the ability to color-code categories and toggle custom calendar views makes keeping track of dense, fast-moving daily schedules effortless.

Cons

What I like least about Google Calendar is its frustrating lack of advanced task management and native customization within the base interface. Managing complex, multi-step projects or detailed to-do lists within the calendar feels clunky, as the integrated Google Tasks tool remains overly basic and lacks deep organizational features. The interface can also become extremely cluttered when managing multiple shared team calendars, with limited options for custom visual layouts or sub-grouping. Additionally, setting up intricate permissions, conditional booking rules, or handling complex time-zone logistics across large teams often requires jumping into broader Google Workspace admin settings rather than adjusting them intuitively directly on the calendar grid.

### "The Operational Backbone of Our Employee Development Programs"

July 8, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been highly productive, as it forms the absolute backbone of our company's feedback culture. Google Calendar allows me to structure complex, company-wide performance review cycles smoothly and without scheduling conflicts. By setting up shared departmental calendars, I can easily verify that managers are consistently blocking out dedicated time for employee coaching and development. It acts as a highly reliable framework that keeps our continuous feedback loop running on time, ensuring that critical performance milestones, goal-setting sessions, and annual appraisals are never delayed or forgotten.

Pros

As a Performance Management Specialist, I am constantly communicating. I love Google Calendar's ability to easily manage recurring 1-on-1s, probation check-ins and quarterly reviews. The “Appointment Schedule” is awesome and enables staff to schedule time in advance with me for a career development conversation or a confidential feedback meeting. I also heavily rely on the seamless integration with Google Workspace, so that sensitive performance evaluation forms, goal tracking sheets are securely attached directly to the calendar invite for the manager and employee.

Cons

The biggest problem is that they don't have robust analytics capabilities for meetings. Without third-party integrations, it can be challenging to see how much time managers are spending on coaching versus their standard operational syncs, and how "meeting fatigue" is affecting an employee.

### "A perfect time-management and scheduling web and mobile application"

July 23, 2026

5.0

My overall impression of Google Calendar is positive, as it is a useful solution for organising meetings and managing time. I believe that this tool can be used extensively in different industries to plan the work of teams and manage the corporate workload. Thus, the product is suitable for small, medium, and large businesses.

Pros

I had a chance to use Google Calendar in my current position as a Marketing Executive Intern for Hackett & Hackett International Group Limited. I liked a number of features of this tool, including its ability to integrate with other products. Specifically, Google Meet and Google Drive can be used jointly with the Calendar. Additionally, I found out about a few other benefits. First, the software offers shared calendars, which lets you work with the same resource and manage the workloads of your colleagues. Second, there is also a cool function for the creation of a link to schedule a call that can be sent to other users.

Cons

Moreover, I also learnt that there are some significant limitations. First of all, the application has rather limited Project Management features, including the lack of extensive tools needed to plan and organise projects, despite the Google Tasks plug-in. Second, offline productivity is limited, as the calendar has to be opened in the browser, and there is no option to view and edit it on the desktop without being online. I did not like the software’s limited visual customisation. Google Calendar’s interface is rather bland and does not let you change much in terms of event typography. In addition, it is not possible to add logos to invitations. The last limitation is related to shared calendars and the inability to overlay multiple calendars, which makes it confusing to navigate and track events.

### "Everyday managing and scheduling tool"

August 4, 2026

5.0

All in all my overall experience with Google Calendar has been positive till date. I've used it for both my personal and professional reasons and it never failed to offer the best and that to at a very reasonable value of money.

Pros

Google Calendar is a great tool to organize my daily schedule. It helped me in managing my personal and professional load efficiently. This tools allows creating events quickly, set reminders and keep check on important scheduled work or meetings all at one place. Features chat and communication linked with google platforms makes it easy to keep up with team. It's interface is clean which helps easy viewing of day, week or month at a single click. Also the email management feature is extremely useful for me personally as it allows direct scheduling through mails.

Cons

The only thing that disappoints here is it's customer service, though it provide valuable assistance but is often late. Also I occasionally face issues and bugs in scheduling via mails like delays.

### "The calendar I never have to think about"

August 16, 2026

5.0

Google Calendar has been the backbone of how I run my week for years. It's reliable, fast, and I almost never think about it; which is the best compliment you can pay a scheduling tool. The combination of near-zero setup, solid sharing and invite handling, and tight integration with email and video calls means it covers the vast majority of what a team needs without paying for anything extra.

Pros

Google Calendar works well, and it works everywhere. Creating an event takes seconds, whether I'm typing it in on desktop or tapping it out on my phone, and there was essentially no learning curve. I handed it to people on my team and nobody needed to be trained on it. Scheduling is where it earns its keep. It overlays multiple calendars to find a free slot, sending invites and seeing RSVPs in one place, recurring meetings, and automatic time zone handling for anyone travelling or working remotely. The integrations are the other big win. Events created straight from Gmail, Meet links attached automatically, attachments pulled from Drive, and it syncs cleanly with just about every other tool we use. For what most people need, it's free, which makes the value hard to argue with.

Cons

The customization is fairly limited. You get the views Google gives you and not much control beyond that, so if you want a layout that fits how you actually work, you're mostly out of luck.

### "la regia della mia giornata"

August 3, 2026

5.0

I have had a very positive experience using Google Calendar for both personal and professional scheduling. It helps me manage appointments, work shifts, meetings, and reminders efficiently. The synchronization across devices ensures that I always have access to my schedule, and the integration with other Google services makes planning and communication much easier. Overall, it is a reliable and user-friendly calendar application.

The ability to create multiple calendars, set reminders, schedule meetings, and sync across devices makes it extremely convenient. Integration with Gmail and other Google Workspace tools saves time and improves productivity. The sharing and collaboration features are also excellent for work and team coordination.

Cons

Some advanced customization options are limited compared to certain dedicated scheduling platforms. Occasionally, notification settings can be confusing, and managing multiple shared calendars can become cluttered if there are many events.

### "Reliable, Fast, and Occasionally Clunky at the Edges"

May 28, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Google Calendar is that it’s a dependable, low-friction tool that does the core job of scheduling extremely well, even if it isn’t always elegant in the details. On the positive side, it’s one of the easiest ways to keep time organized across devices. Creating events is fast, invitations are simple, and syncing is reliable. It’s especially strong in collaborative settings—meeting invites, shared calendars, and automatic updates make coordination straightforward without a lot of manual follow-up. The integration with email and video meetings also makes it feel like part of a larger workflow rather than an isolated app. Day to day, it tends to fade into the background in a good way. Once it’s set up, you don’t have to think much about whether it’s working—it usually just is. That reliability is a big reason it’s widely used. On the downside, it can feel a bit uneven when you get into more advanced use. Things like recurring event edits, notification tuning, or combining tasks and scheduling aren’t as smooth or unified as they could be. It’s powerful, but not always intuitive in the edges. Overall, it’s best described as a “very solid default”: not perfect, not especially innovative in how it feels, but consistently effective at helping you manage time without much overhead.

Pros

What I like most about Google Calendar is how well it turns time management into something almost effortless. The biggest strength is how it stays out of your way while still doing a lot. Creating events is fast, especially with natural language like “Dentist Friday 3pm,” and it just figures it out. That small detail makes scheduling feel low-friction instead of like filling out a form. Another standout is how well it handles coordination. Shared calendars, invitations, and real-time updates make it easy to coordinate with other people without back-and-forth messages. When someone changes a meeting, everyone sees it immediately, which reduces confusion. It also integrates deeply with other Google services, so things like meeting links, location details, and reminders connect smoothly without extra setup. That said, it’s not perfect—some people find the interface a bit cluttered if they use multiple calendars or advanced settings. But overall, its combination of simplicity and reliability is what makes it so widely used.

Cons

What I like least about Google Calendar is that it can feel more complicated than it looks once you move beyond basic scheduling. One common frustration is how messy recurring events can get. Editing “just this one” instance versus the whole series isn’t always intuitive, and it’s easy to accidentally change more than you meant to. It also isn’t great as a combined calendar + task manager. It technically supports tasks, but it feels secondary, so people often end up using a separate app anyway instead of staying fully within one system. Another issue is flexibility around notifications and sharing. You can customize them, but the settings are scattered enough that fine-tuning everything the way you want can take more time than it should. And shared calendars sometimes behave in ways that aren’t obvious until you’ve already run into permission quirks. Finally, while it works well overall, the interface can start to feel a bit cluttered if you’re juggling multiple calendars, color-coding systems, or heavy scheduling needs. So in short: it’s powerful and reliable, but not always as simple or cohesive as it first appears.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Google Calendar

Yes, I considered several alternatives to Google Calendar before settling on it. Some of the main options were: Microsoft Outlook Calendar — Strong integration with business and enterprise workflows, especially in Microsoft-focused environments. Apple Calendar — Clean and simple experience for people already heavily invested in the Apple ecosystem. Calendly — Excellent for appointment booking and external scheduling coordination. Fantastical — Known for its polished interface and powerful natural-language event creation. Notion Calendar — Useful for people who want scheduling integrated closely with project planning and notes. What ultimately stood out about Google Calendar was the balance between simplicity, reliability, collaboration features, and cross-platform accessibility.

### "Google Calendar is the best ever Free Calendar"

May 29, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Google Calendar is very positive. It’s become my main tool for organizing English lessons, letting me quickly schedule sessions, set recurring weekly classes, and add Google Meet links for online students. I especially like how it syncs across my phone and computer, so I always have my lesson schedule and reminders with me, and how easily I can share my calendar or check availability with students in different time zones. The ability to color-code events by student or lesson type helps me visually manage my teaching schedule at a glance. The main limitations are that it doesn’t have built-in features for tutoring-specific needs like student booking pages, payment tracking, or lesson history, so I need to use Google Sheets or other tools alongside it. Setting up complex recurring patterns with exceptions (for holidays or irregular weeks) can also be a bit clunky. Despite these small drawbacks, Google Calendar is reliable, free, and has significantly improved how I organize and manage my English teaching schedule.

Pros

What I like most about Google Calendar is how simple and intuitive it is to schedule meetings and events, combined with its deep integration with Gmail and Google Meet. When I create an event, it can automatically add a Google Meet link for all guests, which saves time and makes virtual meetings seamless.

Cons

What I like least is that Google Calendar doesn’t have built-in, student-friendly booking pages like dedicated tutoring tools. I have to manually send invites and manage time-zone changes for each student, which can be time-consuming when I have many recurring lessons or students in different countries.

### "Excellent tool for organizing schedules and daily tasks"

May 23, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Google Calendar has been very positive. It is a reliable and practical tool for managing appointments, reminders, work schedules, and personal events. The platform is easy to use and offers excellent value for money because many features are free. I especially appreciate the ability to share calendars with family or coworkers and quickly reschedule events when plans change. Overall, it has helped me stay more organized and productive every day.

Pros

What I liked most about Google Calendar is how easy it is to organize appointments, reminders, and daily activities in one place. The interface is simple and user-friendly, even for beginners. I also like the email reminders and notifications that help me avoid missing important meetings or events. The option to cancel and reschedule appointments quickly is very convenient. It syncs perfectly across devices, which makes managing schedules much easier.

Cons

One thing I liked least is that sometimes notifications can arrive late or not sync properly between devices. Customer support is limited unless you use paid Google Workspace services. Also, when internet connection is poor, some updates may take time to appear.

### "Google Calendar perfetta organizzazione della vita di un docente"

May 15, 2026

5.0

### "Love Google Calendar! "

August 18, 2026

5.0

I use Google Calendar daily to manage my personal, professional and social life. I have three separate calendars that I integrate with my Apple devices for ease of viewing. All of my calendars have their own titles and colors, making it super easy to differentiate my schedule at a glance. I would highly recommend Google Calendar.

Pros

I love using Google Calendar to manage my personal, professional, and social life. I love how easy it is to integrate with my Apple Calendar on my phone, and I love how I can make separate calendars that all share data, including collaborative calendars with other users. Additionally, I love that Google Calendar allows for importing events sent to my Gmail.

Cons

Google Calendar is much easier to use on desktop than on mobile, in my opinion, but both are fairly easy to navigate. There’s not a lot of negative things to say about Google Calendar.

### "Great calender with seamless integration to Google"

May 31, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Google Calendar has been very positive. I've used it extensively for project coordination, team meetings, client appointments, and personal scheduling. The platform is stable, easy to use, and accessible from virtually any device. From an IT perspective, deployment and user adoption are simple because most people are already familiar with Google's ecosystem. While there are areas that could be enhanced for enterprise users, Google Calendar delivers an excellent balance of functionality, usability, and reliability for both individual and professional use.

Pros

As an IT engineer, what I like most about Google Calendar is its seamless integration with the wider Google ecosystem. Scheduling meetings, sending invites, managing multiple calendars, and syncing across devices is straightforward and reliable. The ability to integrate with tools like Gmail, Google Meet, and third-party applications saves time and reduces administrative overhead. I also appreciate the clean interface, real-time synchronization, and the ease of sharing calendars with teams and clients.

Cons

One limitation is that some advanced scheduling and resource management features are less comprehensive than those offered by certain enterprise-focused calendar platforms. Managing complex recurring events can occasionally be cumbersome, and customization options for notifications and calendar views could be more flexible. Additionally, when working across multiple organizations, permission management can sometimes become confusing.

### "A Staff Member in Itself"

May 18, 2026

5.0

Excellent. The set up was easy and without a hitch. Loading any tasks and appointments is easy. It has rendered my ordinary work day/week/month into a structured project. Expectations are met and deadlines are achieved. Emails are managed and any appointments are met or rescheduled without a hitch. Any customer support required is given at a touch of a button.

Pros

Google Calendar is an incredible tool and a must have. It integrates seamlessly with so many other products. It is simply the most versatile and proactive product around. The reminders and agility with which you can manage your work ahead of schedule makes it something a professional cannot properly manage their work week without.

Cons

I have not found any cons with Google Calendar. It is almost like a fee earning assistant on its own. It certainly is the most valuable tool in my cache and I have not had a day down. All bugs and fixes are almost done without the users awareness.

### "Efficient and Reliable Scheduling Tool for Daily Productivity"

May 8, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Google Calendar has been very positive because it has helped me stay organized, improve productivity, and manage both personal and professional schedules efficiently. The platform is easy to use, and the interface is clean and simple, making it convenient to create events, set reminders, and track daily activities without confusion. I especially like how smoothly it synchronizes across mobile devices, tablets, and desktops, allowing me to access my schedule anytime and anywhere. One of the most useful aspects is the seamless integration with other Google services like Gmail and Google Meet. Meeting invitations, automatic event creation from emails, and direct video meeting links save a lot of time and make communication easier. The reminder and notification system is also very reliable because it helps me stay on top of deadlines, appointments, and important events. Features like recurring events, shared calendars, and color-coded scheduling are extremely useful for organizing work, study, and personal tasks separately.

Pros

Google Calendar because it makes scheduling meetings, managing daily tasks, and organising personal as well as professional events very simple. The platform works smoothly across mobile and desktop devices, which helps me stay updated wherever I am. One of the best features is the real-time synchronisation that instantly updates events across all connected devices without any delay. I also appreciate the smart reminders and notifications because they help me avoid missing important meetings, deadlines, and appointments. I like most is the seamless integration with other Google services such as Gmail and Google Meet, which makes joining meetings and managing invitations extremely convenient. Creating recurring events, sharing calendars with team members, and checking availability for meetings saves a lot of time and improves productivity. The colour-coding feature also helps in organising work, study, and personal schedules efficiently. Overall, Google Calendar provides excellent time management, collaboration, scheduling, reminders, synchronisation, productivity, and integration features that make daily planning much easier and more efficient.

Cons

Google Calendar is that some advanced features for business scheduling and team coordination can feel limited compared to other premium calendar management tools. In terms of Value for Money, the free version is very useful, but certain advanced collaboration and administrative controls are only available through paid Google Workspace plans, which may not be ideal for small users or individuals looking for more professional features at a lower cost. Another area that could be improved is customer support. Since many users rely on community forums and help articles, getting direct and fast assistance for technical issues can sometimes be difficult, especially for free users. Response times for troubleshooting may not always be immediate, which can be frustrating when managing important schedules or meetings. I have also noticed occasional Bugs and Issues such as delayed notifications, synchronization problems between devices, or events not updating properly in real time. While these issues are not very frequent, they can still create confusion and affect productivity when handling important appointments or work meetings.

### "The essential tool for team coordination and time management"

May 10, 2026

5.0

I apply the tool every day to control my focused work periods and my team's scheduled meetings. The tool functions as a dependable basic instrument which performs its intended functions. The mobile application enables me to maintain my productivity even when I leave my workspace.

Pros

The seamless integration with Google Meet and Gmail creates significant time-saving benefits. The system provides me with easy access to meetings through calendar notifications while handling international time zones required by distributed teams.

Cons

The task management feature (Tasks) exists as a basic function which needs more development to reach the capabilities of specialized project management software. The system becomes visually overwhelming when users display several shared calendars simultaneously.

### "google calender review "

April 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Google Calendar has been very positive. It’s a reliable and easy-to-use tool that helps me stay organized both personally and professionally. Creating events is simple, setting reminders takes just a few clicks, and I like that I can access my schedule from any device. The ability to share calendars and invite others to events makes coordinating meetings and appointments much easier. I also appreciate the automatic reminders and integration with email, which helps keep everything in one place. While there are small areas that could be improved, Google Calendar has consistently been a dependable and efficient way to manage my time.

Pros

I absolutely love using Google Calendar because it keeps my entire life organized in one place. What I like most is how easy it is to schedule appointments, set reminders, and share events with others. The color-coding feature helps me quickly see the difference between work, personal, and family commitments at a glance. I also appreciate how it syncs seamlessly across all my devices, so I can check or update my schedule anytime, anywhere. The automatic reminders and notifications have saved me from missing important meetings more times than I can count. Overall, Google Calendar makes staying organized simple, efficient, and stress-free.

Cons

While Google Calendar is very useful overall, one of the things I like least is how cluttered it can feel when managing multiple calendars at once. If you have several shared calendars, notifications and overlapping events can become overwhelming. It sometimes takes extra steps to adjust settings for reminders or visibility, which isn’t always as intuitive as it could be. I also find that syncing delays occasionally happen, especially when switching between devices, which can be frustrating if I need real-time updates. Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but the interface and notification management could be more streamlined and user-friendly.

### "Online Educator APPROVED Google Calendar! "

May 6, 2026

5.0

My experience with Google Calendar has been great. I do my live classes on there, staff meetings, professional development trainings, etc. It’s easy to use and critical in my online teaching position.

Pros

What I like most about Google Calendar is that all of my live classes, meetings, appointments, etc. can be added on there and I get reminders about them. My every day schedule is on Google Calendar and being an e-learning teacher, it is highly important to have all of my meetings in one place.

Cons

There isn’t anything negative I can say about Google Calendar. It’s my go to place for my live classes and meetings.

### "Ottimo prodotto"

April 23, 2026

4.0

Pros

### "Easy and Efficient Time Management"

April 20, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Google Calendar has been very positive. It’s easy to get used to and helps keep everything organized without much effort, while also offering strong value since it’s included in the wider Google ecosystem. I also like how it connects smoothly with Gmail and Google Meet, making scheduling and communication simple. On top of that, it generally runs smoothly with very few bugs or issues, which makes it feel reliable, and support and help resources are easy to find when needed, adding to the overall confidence in the tool.

Pros

I like how easy Google Calendar is to use, it’s simple to schedule and manage appointments with reminders. It also integrates well with Gmail and Google Meet, which makes communication and planning much smoother. It also helps minimize bugs and issues like scheduling conflicts or missed events, keeping everything organized and reliable.

Cons

What I liked least about Google Calendar is that it can feel a bit basic for more advanced scheduling needs. Managing multiple calendars or complex appointments isn’t always very intuitive, and notifications can sometimes get overwhelming or easy to miss.
