Customer service is top notch if there is assistance needed. The security of a large company that is well established is a great plus. Pros Ease of use and the security of knowing Google has been around a long time. Google is well established a the top level in products, service and security. Cons The use of collaboration tools within Google Calendar could be much more efficient (ie. Meet, Drive, Keep, etc.). It is very much reliable, however, fixing certain calendar bugs is frequently completely dependent on searching online forums instead of receiving specialized assistance. Pros The fact that it is easy to conduct appointments is unbelievable and our sales team can easily plan the factory tours and virtual product pitches with our international dealers. Cons The issue I like least about Google Calendar is that it potentially have privacy risk that is concerning based on the concept that there is often data sharing on the Google platform through their data policies. Cons I don’t love the way the weekly or daily view populates on a cell phone as opposed to a computer. It makes it hard to see. It’s also difficult to click into an event if it’s short. Instead of clicking into it to change it, it tries to create a new event next to it. I like that I can schedule patients with ease and share the calendar with other Google accounts. I am also able to give full access to other Google accounts to add to the schedule. Cons It took me some time to figure out how to give another Google account access. I wish it was easier to find the function. As my preference is for hands-on, not automated or AI use, this is the one I will stay with. Cons When I put in an "all-day" event, it puts a small tag at the top, rather than covering the whole day.
