Pros

Amazing calendar view with daily, weekly, monthly alternatives. Easy to track events and invites, integrated with rest of the google ecosystem so I dont need to take extra steps to import invites in my email.

Cons

Lack of personalisation and branding options. I would like to see the flexibility google offers with other products.

I been using it for more than 10 years and it's been great! Helps me manage emails, appoinments, and important date I would forget othrwise. Trustworthy old google caledar is as good as it gets!

Pros

It's efficent and user-friendly. I love how my life started to be much more organized after I started using it!

Cons

Nothing. I truly use it all the time and so far so good. Won't be missing any appoinments any time soon.

It is a good app to have (Especially if you are someone who can't keep track of things and stuff like that). I also know that there are other apps. I like everything that Any.Do you have to offer, and stuff like that. I love it and would recommend this app to other people. :)

Pros

Adding important dates that I need to add. Some examples are like birthdays, holidays, weddings, and stuff like that.

Cons

I have a Pinwheel device (Samsung A15 5g phone btw) so I can't add google calender on there (according to my dad, he said that it can steal information apparently), so my dad didn't know that I did not have a calender app on my phone, so I told him that I wanted a calender app o mmy phone (Since I didn't have one like I said earlier, so my dad looked up good calender apps on the parental control Pinwheel app on his computer, and found this app (Any.do), and yea. :)That's all I have to say about the cons.

Pros

I use it every single day. I like that it's a popular product, so many people know how to use it and do use it. I like that you can invite others to your events, and you can toggle calendars on and off.

Cons

I wish there were more color options, and I wish events weren't in 15-minute intervals - you have to physically type in events that don't start or end at a 15-minute interval.

Love it! Attractive to look at as well. I use it everyday throughout the day. I can see other calendars of coworkers if needed which can be turned on or off. I can create tasks, set alarm notifications, take notes, make the calendar view daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Can't say enough honestly.

Pros

It is essential to my daily work. I use it to not only set up appointments for myself as well as my boss, but to create tasks that will repeat on my daily calendar for the week of things that I need to do in any given work day. It's extremely user friendly. The ability to set up Google Meets on it as well has been extremely helpful if we have a virtual meeting.

Cons

I'd like to make my daily tasks different colors. So far I can only make them all one color that I choose. For example, Checking my receipts would be a different color than checking my emails daily, etc.

Cons

I dont like about google calendar is that you can not custom the visuals and it is not easy to cutomize complex situations.

I'd highly recommend using Google Calendar because it's easy to use, is visually easy to read, shows subscribed calendars of teammates in an easy-to-read format, and integrates well with Slack.

Pros

Google Calendar gives the right notifications, is easy to link to events, and integrates well with Slack to give me everything I need in a business calendar.

Cons

If an event only provides an .ics file in email, it can be much trickier to get something into your Google Calendar than, say, an Outlook calendar. I wish it was a universal file type.

Pros

It's so easy to use. We use this in our household to sync up appointments and everything else we have going on throughout the day/week.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the lack of color selection for tasks. It would be nice to have a few more options.

My experience has been great with google calendar. Before using it, I was on Outlook which was so much less user friendly. Using this software has made my sales role simplified in comparison to alternative methods.

Pros

I use google calendar to manage my daily schedule. With back to back meetings being a regular occurrence, I find I’ve always got my GCal open. Making adjustments is easy and reaching out to people on the meetings is straightforward. I also like being able to edit the meeting description and color code certain meeting types.

Cons

Sometimes it will glitch where a meeting I click near on my calendar is adjusted without my action doing so, but it’s good that I get a confirmation message pop up before the meeting time is changed for my customers too.

Pros

Excellen product, does the job just Right and its super easy to use. You will see the value for your money on this product. Never had any problems with it or bugs. Customer support is also excellent.

Cons

I dont really find any defects in the program. Maybe it could amplify its features and consider adding new set ups. Over all good.

The mobile app is polished, and the ability to overlay multiple calendars (work, personal, etc.) is a huge plus. However, power users might miss features like automated scheduling buffers(found in tools like Calendly) or detailed reporting.

Pros

It is easy and free to use it also integrates with a ton of other apps and platforms making it easier to schedule and remember to schedule appointments. I have never had an issue with it crashing or failing even if my system needed to be updated it's a true trooper!

Cons

Google calendar is great for simple day to day scheduling but it lacks any component that would make it a true project managment app. Also, if your account gets hacked there goes your whole schedule.

I have never ever had a problem with Calendar. I actually wish I used it more than I do. I have a lot of software and apps I use that integrate well with it.

Pros

I like that I can easily import a lot of my appointments and a lot of services use calendar sharing to just send virtual appointment cards. I like the sharing capabilities, multiple calendar capabilities, features for connecting other resources and people, etc. I like the custom reminders too.

Cons

I have never ever had a problem with Calendar. I actually wish I used it more than I do. I have a lot of software and apps I use that integrate well with it.

Reason for choosing Google Calendar

Outlook is coming a long way, I just don't usually prefer Microsoft products over Google products. Calendly was good but I was already comfortable with Google Calendar. I will say that I like to use Calendly on websites from time to time in addition to Google Calendar, for those who prefer Calendly

I regularly use Google Calendar to save events that pop up in my home and work emails. This allows me to link events and get reminders.

Pros

Google calendar allows me to keep track of my personal and professional events. I especially like that it is synced with my work and home email for easy access.

Cons

There isn’t really anything I don’t like about Google Calendar. Sometimes it’s confusing to sync with different time zones when I’m traveling.

I love it and it work greats for our Scout meetings and Scout communications. We can easily add permissions and remove them. It is pleasantly simplistic.

Pros

It works great and is has a great user interface that is very easy to use. I love having the ability to share my calendar and to add other calendars to my calendar.

Cons

It's a little bit tricky to integrate with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365. However, once I figured out how to do it I was fine.

Google Calendar is super user friendly, but sometimes that comes at the cost of lack of features that people who use it every day would love to use

Pros

I like being able to combine my calendar with my task list, accept meeting invites, to view by week but not show weekends, and to be able to combine different calendars in one view.

Cons

I feel the need to have different categories within the same calendar. Also the ability to select and show certain calendars. Also it restricts the colors you can use which I would love to have the full spectrum at my disposal.

One of the best things about Google Calendar is that it's free! It really is a powerful scheduling tool with a ton of features. You can create calendars for specific teams, appointment setting is straightforward, and tools such as appointment recurrence and categorizing by type or person are easy and almost fun to use.

Cons

The toughest part about Google Calendar is ensuring that the folks you are sharing a calendar with are part of the Google ecosystem. It's not a big deal if you are a small business and everyone is using the same platform, but it gets trickier when you are trying to connect outside that sphere due to the baked in restrictions.

The one time i have had a issue with my google calendar. Customer support staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Pros

the best thing I can say about the Goggle Calendar, is ease to use. I have never had a problem with scheduling on it or sharing, my calendar with my coworkers.

Cons

The issue i keep having are the ads that bug me to pay for goggle. Then it tells me I am going to lose all my stored data if I do not pay.

That I can put a event and set reminders for multiple events on multiple days as well as can set a repeat for yearly events.

My overall experience has honestly been great! It is so easy to use and very pleasing to look at, making it easy to read.

Pros

I love that you are able to color code everything and that I can send invites to whoever is included in the event. I also really love that I can be reminded of the event at whatever amount of time before that I choose.

Cons

I do love the most recent update. When I go into a certain date, I cannot just swipe back (when in a mobile device) to return to the monthly view. I have to click the arrow to return.
