I have been using Google Calendar for both my personal life and business needs for over a decade. I use it daily and couldn't imagine life without it. Google Calendar keeps my life and head organized, ensuring I don't miss due dates, deadlines, or engagements and commitments.

Pros

The alerts and reminders features in the Google Calendar along with it's ability to pull information from your Gmail and automatically add it to your calendar with other pertinent details like the location and other notes are incredibly helpful.

Cons

I have no complaints about Google Calendar. It covers ever function you could want or expect from an integrated, mobile calendar program.

Pros

It assists me with keeping up with all of my appointments and allows me to manage them from multiple areas.

I can not seem to be able to set different alarms when I need to be notified of different appointments

I have now adapted to using google calander and enjoy using it to book meeting with large groups or 121 meeting

Pros

I like that you can check others in the business times that they are free and you can also allow full access to your own calander or share calanders with others

Cons

When I first started using I think it took a while for me to get used to the set up and how to use it

As I now have 2 Google Calendars, one for personal and one for my business, I greatly appreciate the ease of use and integration of both calendars with other platforms.

Cons

To be completely honest, I cannot think of one thing that I “like least” about Google Calendar. It functions quite well for me.

The overall experience is very good. I mostly use the app for my everyday planning (job and other activities). I also have shared calendars with my spouse which helps to follow each other’s plans and schedules.

Pros

I like about Google Calendar that it’s simple, free, easily accessible from everywhere, can be shared, developing its features, have both desktop and mobile version (app) – in the other words has all the basic options.

Cons

I like the least about Google Calendar some minor features that obstract the usability in the mobile version (app), such as moving events (it’s not always easy to move the events from one date to another, since they move too quickly and jump to some random date), and screen objects (the big round button in the right down corner obstructs adding events in that particular section of the calendar). Otherwise it’s mostly fine.

My overall experience with Google calendar is highly positive. I am forgetful by nature, and this platform allows me to be organized, and keeps me from forgetting important dates and times.

Pros

Google calendar is easy to use and helps to keep me organized. Not only can I keep track of my schedule, but I can enable reminders so that I don't forget important dates

Cons

There is nothing I do not like about Google calendar. it is free, easy to use, and extremely helpful.

Cons

Google Calendar is an amazing solution for scheduling events and meetings thus I don't have anything to dislike about.

Pros

Pretty good. If you are already using gmail for work then this is kindof a no brainer and works very well

Cons

As with all google products there are some things that are just clunky here - its due to the amount of products they have I think. Too much to keep everything very good.

I use google calendar at work. It keeps my day organized, and straightforward. As a planner, I love google calendar. I do find the layout to be a bit tricky when meeting times overlap, but all of the other great feature of this software out shine this detail! Also - I like how I can set myself at out of office on days I take PTO so my coworkers can reference .

Pros

I love how google calendar keeps me organized. It is easy to visualize the flow of my workday, and make sure nothing is overlooked.

Cons

When meeting times overlay, I am unable to see the full title of one meeting, and this can make it tricky to figure out my next steps at a quick glance. I am required to click on the tile so see full details.

Good, it has taken a few years to full implement Google calendar to my life, but now I can't live without it.

Pros

It syncs well at work with others calendars and I use it daily to schedule meetings and appointments.

Cons

It is not as user friendly as it could be. I find it hard to share my work calendar and do wish that it was more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Fun themes would be nice, icons for special days. More increments of time.

Pros

What I like most is that I can schedule my clients for repeat multiple days and times for personal training.

Cons

What I like least is when I have a set days scheduled for a client that need to be change, sometimes it doesn't make the necessary changes for all the days.

Cons

The mobile version can be improved, and have easier navigation for mobile size. Other than that nothing else.

Pros

Super easy way to track all events going on. I really like how it automatically adds events to my calendar when I receive emails with event confirmation.

Cons

I like that you can add tasks to your google calendar, but I wish it was a bit more user friendly and gave you more options for viewing.

Some of the security features out of the box needed to be changed so your calendar was not open to the entire company.

I have had a wonderful experience so far ! I used google calendar regularly for calendar,to keep track of meetings, scheduling appointments and events etc.

Pros

\- I like the fact that it makes chat and communication so easy - Managing of email is super easy and efficient - I like as it is easy to use - Appointment management is incredible - Google calendar is affordable

Cons

\- I don’t like its customer support team because they are not helpful and to reach out to them is somehow difficult - I hate the issue of bugs

Pros

Best calendar platform for setting reminders, events, and tasks to complete. I also LOVE the booking page and recommend it to most of our clients.

Cons

Wish there were options to add more than 2 timezones. As a company that works across several timezones, only 2 timezones is quite limiting.

Pros

Google calendar data links well from web into app providing detailed information of my schedule. This also synchronises well with other calendars providing choice options.

Cons

It took a while to understand how the synchronization works. Usability functionality guide could come helpful especially to new users.

The thing I like most about google calendar is it has cross-device syncing so changes can be made on any devices instantly.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about Google Calendar is the over-reliance on Google services since it works best when you use other Google products.

Very positive! Being able to add and remove from phone or computer is the best. Easy to update, delete and duplicate with a simple touch

Pros

LOVE Google Calendar! I can add things from my computer OR my phone and it updates both places so I do not miss anything.

Cons

I wish the colors were better for events but other than that I have no real complaints for Google Calendar

Pros

I love how Google Calendar syncs seamlessly across all my devices, so everything is always up to date. I also really like being able to create a variety of shared calendars with friends and family, and keep everything colour-coded for work, appointments, budgeting, and more

Cons

What I like least is that, on rare occasions, an appointment can get missed when it’s shared back and forth between my husband and me—usually if the event isn’t accepted properly.

It is very good and accurate. Youcan set pre-reinders to alert you of meeting before it happens. I never miss a meetng. I can logon to the meeting straighaway.

Pros

Onv I receive an email invitation for a zoom meeting when I pres yes to accept it automatically puts the dat and tie in my calendar.

Cons

Maybe on the day marked in the calandar for an appointment, a pop up of meeting shows once I log on to my worksdtation.

What I like most is being able to see multiple users calendars to be able to schedule corrodingly to what is good for them.

Pros

Really enjoy the time management, sharing, and color coordination of the calendar options. Which allows us to be able to schedule multiple events.

Cons

My least favorite thing is all of the notifications you get when it is a change to anything it notifies everyone or you even sometimes have to start over.
