Cons I feel the need to have different categories within the same calendar. Also the ability to select and show certain calendars. I have been using it ever since and will continue to use it. Pros First of all Google Calendar is free to use. I like that I can schedule patients with ease and share the calendar with other Google accounts. I am also able to give full access to other Google accounts to add to the schedule. Cons It took me some time to figure out how to give another Google account access. I wish it was easier to find the function. Customer support staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pros the best thing I can say about the Goggle Calendar, is ease to use. I have never had a problem with scheduling on it or sharing, my calendar with my coworkers. Cons The issue i keep having are the ads that bug me to pay for goggle. Then it tells me I am going to lose all my stored data if I do not pay. Pros Google Calendar gives the right notifications, is easy to link to events, and integrates well with Slack to give me everything I need in a business calendar. Cons If an event only provides an .ics file in email, it can be much trickier to get something into your Google Calendar than, say, an Outlook calendar. I wish it was a universal file type. Before using it, I was on Outlook which was so much less user friendly. Using this software has made my sales role simplified in comparison to alternative methods. Pros I use google calendar to manage my daily schedule. With back to back meetings being a regular occurrence, I find I’ve always got my GCal open. Making adjustments is easy and reaching out to people on the meetings is straightforward. I also like being able to edit the meeting description and color code certain meeting types. Cons Sometimes it will glitch where a meeting I click near on my calendar is adjusted without my action doing so, but it’s good that I get a confirmation message pop up before the meeting time is changed for my customers too. Cons I have a Pinwheel device (Samsung A15 5g phone btw) so I can't add google calender on there (according to my dad, he said that it can steal information apparently), so my dad didn't know that I did not have a calender app on my phone, so I told him that I wanted a calender app o mmy phone (Since I didn't have one like I said earlier, so my dad looked up good calender apps on the parental control Pinwheel app on his computer, and found this app (Any.do), and yea. :)That's all I have to say about the cons. In the case of a mid-size operation such as Kilarys, such reliability without any extra costs is difficult to ignore. Pros I use Google Calendar to manage all my payment dates, vendor appointments, and invoice dates. I do not miss a single appointment and my entire week is visible on one glance. I can create tasks, set alarm notifications, take notes, make the calendar view daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Can't say enough honestly. Pros It is essential to my daily work. I use it to not only set up appointments for myself as well as my boss, but to create tasks that will repeat on my daily calendar for the week of things that I need to do in any given work day. It's extremely user friendly. The ability to set up Google Meets on it as well has been extremely helpful if we have a virtual meeting. Cons I'd like to make my daily tasks different colors.
