Have used for many years and it is easy to use works with my email and easy to manage the calendar and view everything quickly.

Pros

So easy to use and intuitive you can add your other calendars too which is a plus. Never have any issues with the product and helps with appointment management. Also works seamlessly with managing emails.

Cons

Cannot think of anything right now. The only thing is with work they moved to Microsoft 365 but still use the Google Calendar for some things.

Pros

Google Calendar helps me to sync my schedules and meetings across multiple devices - including many smart watches, so I can get the reminder anywhere. I also like how easy and flexible it is to set up event invitations through email with a real-time video meeting feature.

Cons

I wish there were more ways to auto-import some special regional holidays on the calendar without doing it manually.

Overall we've always had a great experience. I also use google calendar for personal things and it's great to keep my life in on track.

Pros

We use Google Calendar at my place of work on a daily basis. We linked everyone's calendar together to add appointments for roof inspections and we can keep track of where everyone is.

Cons

Nothing really. Google Calendar is great and easy to use. I have never had to contact costumer support for anything which is a good thing I guess.

Over all Google calendar is a great product to mange our daily life tasks for example work and personal life. I use multiple accounts in my calendar that helps me to not have any classhes of my kids's school or work meetings management.

Pros

The usability is amazing, Its very easy to use/manage invites while even you are traveling or at work. Simple but great UI helps to do it faster. While if you don't have time to open email management of it helps to to be stay updated.

Cons

Well this is most hard part for me as this is a great product that i used every hour of my life and this make my life easier however sometimes in the app if i have to invite a new user that is not in my contact book is a bit tricky.

Pros

Integration with the Google Suite, having the Google Meet video conferencing integrated into events that you schedule, and being able to see everyone's calendar in the workplace to schedule meeting is very helpful.

Cons

The rooms and location function could be improved - for instance, our office has a number of conference rooms but you cannot see it as a calendar. Instead, you have to schedule the time and hope that it is available.

I am incredibly satisfied with Google Calendar as I have not experienced any issues with this application.

Pros

The main thing I love about Google Calendar is the ease of scheduling events and my schedule for the day. Google Calendar also allows you to share your calendar with ease with other staff, so everyone is on the same page. Google Calendar costs nothing, which is an incredible advantage and puts Google Calendar ahead of its competitors in terms of value for money. Sharing events through a simple email is incredibly useful if you are sharing events often.

Cons

Synchronising with other calendars can take a bit of time, but I haven't encountered any issues with this.

I can share my calendar with my other staff members so they can see what I have going for the week. I put my vacations I have too so everyone knows when I’m off

It really only works for gmail. People with outside emails it doesn’t connect with. Or it doesn’t allow them to add it to there outside calendar

How did I ever get through life without Google Calendar and reminders? Seriously. This app keeps me organized, on time, and from forgetting meetings and appointments. I’m not getting old… I’m getting BUSY 😂 and this calendar saves me daily. If you’re juggling work, life, and everything in between, you need this.

It keeps me from forgetting meetings,keeps me organized, and super easy to use. I wouldn't trust any other calendar.

Cons

I think it is a fine software, and I don't necessarily have any complaints. It's easy to delete and reschedule items, and I've not encountered any major bugs or issues.

A breath of fresh air! It has made my appointments and scheduling so easy and for a free program it feels too good to be true!

Pros

I absolutely love that I can integrate my calendar from the booking system that I use. All my appointments on there automatically appear on my google calendar and anything in my calendar appears on my booking system so no one can book in at that time. It makes everything so easy to manage!

Cons

I have an iPhone so it feels a lot harder to use on an Apple phone rather than android. That’s honestly the only thing I can think of.

I can sync this with my husband but also put in private events too. It also remembers previous event settings and auto puts those in if I want.

I would like it if it wasn’t as easy to tap previous settings for an event. It auto fills in the wrong info sometimes.

Google Calendar has been my go-to scheduling tool for years, and for good reason. It’s simple, reliable, and packed with just enough features to keep my schedule organized without feeling overwhelming. What I Love: Seamless Integration – Since it’s part of the Google ecosystem, it works effortlessly with Gmail, Google Meet, and other apps. If someone sends me a meeting invite via email, it automatically pops up on my calendar. Easy Event Creation & Sharing – Adding events takes seconds, and I can invite others just by entering their email. The ability to add Google Meet links automatically has made remote meetings a breeze. Customizable Notifications – I can set reminders for important events via email or phone notifications, ensuring I never miss anything. I also like that I can adjust when I get notified—5 minutes before, an hour before, or even a day in advance. Color-Coding & Multiple Calendars – I use different colors to categorize work meetings, personal tasks, and special events, making it easy to see my schedule at a glance. I also love that I can toggle different calendars on and off (work, personal, family, etc.) without cluttering my main view.

Cons

Offline Functionality – While there’s an offline mode, it’s not as smooth as I’d like. If I lose internet access, I can still view events, but adding or editing them can be hit-or-miss. Limited Customization for Recurring Events – I wish there were more flexibility with how recurring events are scheduled. For example, setting up an event that repeats on random specific dates (instead of a set pattern) can be frustrating.

I love that it is easy to use, it is easy to use, edit. I also like the reminder features incase one forgets an event. You can also create different calendar and connect it to gmail or connect your email to it.

Even though i like the notification, too much of it overwhelms me. Also sometimes the events dont sync between my phone and other gadets.
