Me encanta que sincroniza con otras herramientas de Google, entre ellas, con Google Classroom, lo cual deja ver las fechas que no he de olvidar de la escuela de mis hijos. A su vez, sincroniza con los días festivos de mi región. Logro ver también fechas de cumpleaños, recordatorios y tareas. Es muy útil si pasas gran parte del día frente a un ordenador. Cons A veces tarda en cargar algunos elementos. Por otro lado, podría mencionar que me ha agendado fechas religiosas, patrias o feriados de otros países, causándome algo de confusión. I sync between a PC desktop, an Android mobile phone and Android tablet. Cons I couldn't get Google Calendar to remind me via e-mail. I reminds through sound tone and visual notification. It is so easy to see everything on one sheet and be able to toggle off and on certain calendars. I love that I can see when my coworkers are busy and can schedule meetings around their free time. The ability to color code things and also repeat events makes organization a breeze. It integrates well with Zoom and Google Hangouts for virtual meetings. Cons My one complaint is that the reminders are not always consistent. Email reminders are great but the pop-ups with noises don't always go off. I'm not sure if this is my computer or the system. I am way more productive with it than any other calendars. Pros Google Calendar is the easy to use. It's easy to add meetings to. It's easy to search. It has flexibility with different views (daily, weekly, monthly). Cons There are some quirky things with accepting meetings in terms of not always accepting the Yes button when accepting a meeting. I also like how it is smart enough to sense certain events so that for example, if I put in dental cleaning, it automatically puts in a related image! Overall it is a great application that does it job well. Pros \- Easy to use- Desktop and Mobile integration- Ability to add external calendars- Widespread integration with other applications Cons \- Horizontal swiping on laptops is very sensitive. A small swipe would change to 5 months ahead. I would suggest, instead of continuous swiping continually changing months, one horizontal swipe should equal to changing one month.
