My experience has been relatively good all things considered. Despite its sometimes limitations regarding synchronisation, I’ll still keep using it.

Pros

Ease of use. Easily synchronises with events in email. Timely notification of upcoming meetings and events

Cons

I couldn’t get it to work well with other email providers. Tried various fixes and options all to no avail.

Pros

It helps keep up with everything you need to do like tasks, and appointments. Also it is very easy and helpful to use.

Cons

Nothing. It's amazing to have. It has helped me keep track of things i need to do so i can stay caught up with my schedule.

I love google calendar. It is a business essential. And it keeps things professional and organized. Very pleased with the product.

Pros

I like that it has alerts and reminders for upcoming events. I also like that you can email and invite others to the event.

Cons

Sometimes the recurring dates can be a bit intrusive. And I dont always know how to remove them. And they may last for years although it was over 9 months ago.

As a Google Workspace customer, this is part of the Google Suite I use. However, this is available for free accounts too. The calendar service works flawlessly and use it on a day-to-day basis personally and professionally for appointments and time management.

Cons

I don't have any concerns with Google Calendar, it fulfils my needs well and can't fault it for feature set or availability.

It's free and a great place to start when you don't know what you want or need to use yet. Easy to share calendars. Easy to filter views.

For both personal and company use Calendar is great. Since we use it company wide along with other Google Services, notifications and organization are excellent.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of anything. It truly could be the best service Google offers in my humble opinion. And that’s a wild claim, being that they have a wide variety with several boons.

Big fan of Google Calendar and will continue to use for all my business and personal needs. Best scheduling tool out there as far as ease of use, simplicity and versatility.

Pros

Essential for small businesses and freelancers, organizing and comparing schedules. I use it weekly to check in with clients and peers, organize rehearsals and meetings, keep my own appointments organized and more.

Cons

Can get tricky when comparing multiple schedules, issues with schedules not coming through, etc, but that usually comes down to user error, not selecting the appropriate calendar, etc.

Always reliable. I like being able to colour code my calendar and blocking out certain times as being unavailable.

Pros

Does everything I need a calendar to do - can block out time, book meetings, mark myself as being in focus time or out of office, etc. I can choose who to share with, and have multiple calendars I have access to. You can get good chrome extensions to add even more features too.

Cons

I do wish it had more features that I currently rely on chrome extensions for, for example being able to quickly duplicate calendar events.

It has made organizing my schedule so much easier. I can automatically create tasks through Gmail, link it to Calendly, Notion, and many others.

Pros

I do like how Google Calendar is a great tool for keeping track of tasks, appointments, and also recurring payments. Google has the ability to securely scan my emails for receipts and create reminders on my calendar for next due date instantly.

Cons

Google slightly lacks features like sharing a calendar with external people to book, like Calendly does that would be nice.

10/10 would highly recommend not just Google Calendar, but all of the Google Apps including Docs, Sheets, etc.

Pros

Keeps everyone organized in real time and sends updates with any changes made. We can choose what calendars are visible and to whom so that we can have certain calendars for specific managers to make it extremely organized.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike with this. I think it’s the most organized calendar software out there that is the most user friendly and streamlined.

It's very easy to switch an event from one day to another. It's makes it easier to share the plans with the whole family

Cons

Recurring events can’t be easily customized for exceptions or irregular schedules, and there’s no built-in task hierarchy to help organize priorities or subtasks.

I really like Google Calendar. The color coordination helps keep things organized at a glance, and I love that I can manage multiple calendars in one place. The Tasks feature is a nice bonus, and I really appreciate the weekly breakdown of how my time is spent across client-facing and admin work—it helps me stay balanced. My only small gripe is that events can only be set in 15-minute increments. It’d be nice to have the option for 10-minute intervals.

Pros

Color coordination and the task function allow me to push my organizational capabilities to the limit!

Cons

I would like to be able to set events at ten minute intervals, but am limited to fifteen minute intervals.
