The software has really transformed our marketing strategies and delivered value. Google Marketing Platform enables us to turn all our engagements into clear opportunities and priorities leading to closing of more business deals. Use of the software makes it easy for us to orchestrate marketing campaigns across emails and sms.

Pros

The software has easy to use and intuitive marketing tools. Availability of reliable B2B filters that allow targeting of many businesses. Googled Marketing Platform supports instant email delivery. I like the software's reliability in active campaign management and omnichannel marketing.

Cons

The software is very reliable for marketing automation. We have not faced notable challenges during deployment and implementation of the tool.

This is a product that I tried for 3 days before stopping completely. The cost of running the service versus the value just isn't there. It is easy to get started, and will produce some leads, though they are low quality and many time borderline fraudulent.

Pros

Google's Marketing Platform is easy to access and set up. The interface is easy to navigate and access from any device. Analytics are easy to set up.

Cons

The pricing is confusingly expensive. Customer Support to understand why each lead costs what it does is not helpful. As a Marketing tool, this product will get you calls, though many will be dead air and you will be charged for the blank calls with not support for the issues.

Integration with the Google Suite and it's easy to learn and use for a fast-moving agency - they want to improve the platform with great updates.

Cons

Support for the platform takes time to get responses for, so when things go wrong, it can take time to resolve.

Pros

If you're not using google for ads you're missing out on traffic that is already looking for you. Google provides solid free training and the dashboards provide a lot of valuable analytics. Have to spend money to make money.

Cons

Steeper learning curve and takes time to set up properly, but well forth it in order to scale up any business.

Great tool for nonprofits looking to take advantage of Google advertising dollars that are specifically allocated to nonprofits.

Pros

Google Marketing takes into account nonprofit budgets and goals and creates a system that allows nonprofits to take advantage of ads in ways that might not have been "in budget" before.

Cons

Unless you really know marketing/tech lingo, it can be hard to understand how to take advantage of the analytics Google Marketing provides.

Overall experience is a bit painful. A lot of options, however, they change constantly, especially annoying if you create campaigns every now and then. Some instructions are too old to make sens (instruction says one thing and what you see says something different because something has changes in a meantime)

Pros

There are a lot of options available for people with a deep understanding of digital marketing and how campaigns work.

Cons

The complexity and constant changes make it a bit hard to use for beginners. Almost impossible to understand what some options are there for, and support could be better.

So far so good, I haven't been using it too long.

Pros

I like that the home page is easy to navigate and find all of my current projects. I'm still new to the GMP. Love the easy to master campaign manager!

Cons

There hasn't been anything I don't like. The tutorial didn't answer all of my questions but there are helpful videos for support.

Overall it has been a pleasant experience and has helped us gain new customers which is the end goal.

Pros

Good for highly targeted campaigns, Google have the right data to find the right audience.

Cons

Customer service isn't bad per se but it's hard to get through to someone real - I assume this is because Google are too big to focus in on smaller accounts.
