Wir haben unser Eiscafe neu eröffnet und suchten eine Lösung um schnell, viele Bewertungen bei Google, Facebook und Co. zu sammeln. Mit Retamo funktioniert das super. Wir haben einen QR-Code auf unseren Eisbechern platziert, wodurch wir jeden Kunden unaufdringlich um eine Bewertung bitten können. Die Teilnahme können wir anschließend in der Software auswerten. Top!

Pros

Retamo ist super einfach einzurichten und Fragen werden zügig und sehr freundlich beantwortet.

Cons

Bis jetzt habe ich nichts negatives zu berichten.

Retamo hilft uns dabei, Reputationsmanagement zu betreiben und unseren Kunden einen erweiterten Service zu bieten. Man muss sich nicht in 10 verschiedene Portale einloggen sondern hat hier die Möglichkeit alles aus einer Hand zu betreuen. Noch dazu gibt es die Möglichkeit verschiedene Kampagnen zu schalten, die das Sammeln von Bewertungen, die ja heutzutage super relevant sind, vereinfachen. All in all: hammer tool!

Pros

Man spürt, dass viel Zeit und Kraft in die Entwicklung von Retamo geflossen ist. Es spart Zeit, Ressourcen und ist noch dazu super praktikabel. Das Kommunikationsdesign und die UX sind erste Sahne!

Cons

Bisher sind keine Nachteile zu identifizieren.

Übersichtliches Dashboard. Habe mich auf Anhieb gut zurecht gefunden. Die wichtigste Funktion für unser Unternehmen ist die Generierung von neuen Bewertungen, was gut funktioniert.

Während der Testphase wird man gut begleitet. Hat man den Mehrwert erst erkannt, muss man diese Software einfach nutzen.

Pros

Es können mehrere Unternehmen und Standorte überwacht werden. Die Analyse der Wörter in Bewertungen ist nicht nur spannend, sondern hilft uns auch bei der stetigen Optimierung unserer Dienstleistung.

Cons

Einige Bewertungsseiten fehlen aktuell noch.

Obwohl die Software noch recht jung ist, scheint uns alles extrem gut durchdacht. Die Software ist nicht überladen, wirkt aufgeräumt und hält was sie verspricht. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Pros

Uns haben besonders die einfache Einrichtung und die Möglichkeit unaufdringlich an Bewertungen zu gelangen überzeugt. Erste Auswertungen sind bereits nach wenigen Minuten verfügbar und bei neuen Bewertungen erhalten wir eine E-Mail. Kampagnen können auch mit einem QR-Code zugänglich gemacht werden und über das Benchmarking können wir direkt sehen, wie unsere Wettbewerber abschneiden.

Cons

Zusätzliche Kosten zur Auswertung von Wettbewerbern. Ansonsten sind wir rundum zufrieden und froh uns für Retamo entschieden zu haben.
