I have used them to collect candidates, leads, and requests. I love Wispform and will continue to use them for all of the problems I need to solve! Pros The free and paid plan far exceed any other form builder I have used. I have been using them for awhile now and have recommended them to several friends! I have over 6 forms with them & have never had any issues! Cons Nothing, they are killing it and I will continue to use their platform for years to come! The plan was reasonably priced for the functionality given. Pros Very simple to use but still able to make sophisticated if/decision based forms. Stripe integration worked well. Cons Nothing to dislike, but stopped subscription as I only needed simple form features after some time (not all of the other great features available that I used at first). It does the job nicely and professionally. However, if you need solid integration with Google without a Zapier integration and better analytics, there are more advanced options available. Pros The drag and drop functionality is easy, the cost is nominal, and the design is clean. It’s a good solution for tighter budgets. Cons Unfortunately, you cannot copy and paste fields for quicker production. The logo size is limited to a square and placement is fixed. Design options are more limited than pricier competitors. Integration with google sheets is challenging and the sharing functionality needs work. Most problematic is the limited analytics. I don't want to pay 10 dollars just for 1.000 answers, I want to pay and forget about any limitation.Also the option of quizz, adding scores to each answer and having different thank you pages for different outcomes (this feature is not strange but others are much more expensive). Cons The image options for each question is very limited. Adding or not adding is the only customizable option for any media.It is not possible to see how the quiz form works in the free trial, this option is only available in the paid option. So, before paying, I had to make sure it included the features I needed without being able to try the product (other similar softwares let you try this feature for free). But this is not a big problem, I saw a tutorial and it was clear it included the features I needed. Pros With Wispform we are able to create on demand customer satisfaction surveys and job application forms in line with our requirements. Drag and drop form creation panel is extremely easy to use and interface is really enjoying to use. Cons Wispform lacks the A/B testing feature even in PRO version which is a very important feature that we need to use before actually launching a data collection campaign. December 11, 2020 5.0 I am a regular user of google forms, mailchimp forms and a light typeform user. I believe wispform has the potential to replace each one of these efficiently and give the user possibilities that couldn't even imagine. And all with a reasonable price which is of course very important. Pros The converational feel that the form has is excellent. The question types available are more than enough and the pricing is very reasonable - especially compared to typeform. In addition, the dashboard is very simple and you can create the forms on the fly. Finally, the support is friendly and helpful and the whole service gives the impression of having great potential which will have serious impact on my way of work. Cons There nothing to really dislike but of course there is always room for improvement. Owner Music Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "My Experience with Wispform" June 6, 2023 5.0 I have been using it to collect data from the public of a small town in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I've used others like Typeform and Googleform, but Google's doesn't allow good visual customization and doesn't create Quizzes (at least I didn't find those functions). For a brand creation by a collective of artists, I found it interesting to experiment with a visual identity and to create a connection between the public and local artists, the Quizz function is very interesting. But since I'm starting and I still can't monetize the service, I pay everything with my own money and I need to dose it according to my income. There is also a difficulty that, as we pay in dollars, the currency is stronger and it is always 5x more expensive than it is for those who receive in dollars. But anyway, we're trying and doing as much as possible. But regardless, Whispform's service is perfect for what I need. Pros What I like most about Wispform is the possibility of creating Quizzes and scoring, the ease of organization, the possibility of translating the texts on the buttons, in addition to customizing the visual identity. Cons The only thing that I remember that I had difficulties and I didn't find it was having the possibility to restart the form from other points when pressing the "try again" button. That's because when I do a Quizz, before starting I take the opportunity to collect data and ask questions about what I need. And, as a gift to those who get everything right with a song download link, for example, when they go to try again they have to answer all the questions again. " November 28, 2022 4.0 Pros I needed to conduct surveys for research but the alternatives were WAY out of my budget. At first, I feared Wispform would have little functionality because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised! Almost everything I needed was there, intuitive, fast, reliable, quite frankly worth every cent. I don't know what the crazy expensive competition can do that Wispform can't but whatever it may be, I didn't need it. Strongly recommended.
