Barely any support and I think some of their support people do not understand English. Website and app has many technical bugs all reported to them with no action and its been 2 years now. Pros They are less than a property manager but you get what you pay for. There isn't anything I really like other than price. Cons Very little support, they stop responding by 3pm PST even though they say they are open till 6 PM PST. Lots of technical issues on website and mobile app. Features on mobile app do not work. No contracts saved any where you can easily access. If your new to renting do not recommend as you have do a ton of leg work. They increased their price to $65 plus $395 for placement. It takes out so much of the middle ground that I feel like has been wasted money. There are some things to be desired, but I feel like at this point, this is the best option. And I have a lot of faith that the company will continue to improve. The UI is lovely! Cons Communication is great but it would be nice to be a little faster. Also I think that there’s more to be done to trust the app. I love it right now, but making the choice to switch was quite difficult. I'll start recommending it my friends in about 6 months or so when I see product evolve bit more for "new landlords." Pros \- I like the digital lock, ease of communication - A really good backend with authentication, credit reports, rent collection etc. - I understand that it is evolving and new features are being added on quarterly basis. Cons \- Confusion about what features are available on the browser/web and what features are available on the mobile phone app. Some clarity and consistent UI on both mobile app and web would be good. He directed all the moving parts from setup to rental. The team communicated clearly and provided everything I needed to make rental easy. The first day the listing was posted, we already had quite a few prospective candidates. Incredible work for a small fee. Pros The features are simple and easy to navigate, once things are setup correctly. Cons It was initially difficult to use the app for simple things like adding or deleting photos. In addition, setting up the locks required a bit of effort and quite a few takes. The connectivity from app to lock was the most frustrating.
