Mon expérience avec le logiciel MOOCit a été très positive. L'interface est intuitive et conviviale, facilitant la navigation et l'accès aux cours. Les fonctionnalités interactives, telles que les quiz, enrichissent l'apprentissage. La plateforme est stable, offrant une expérience d'apprentissage en ligne fluide et efficace. La rédaction des cours et testing effectué par une équipe multisite ( d'où la nécessité de mise à jour répétitive :) dans des situations de temps limité. La positivité de l'expérience à été rapportée par les utilisateurs qui ont accepté à participer aux beta tests.

Pros

Recommandations pratiques à l'étape de Questions- réponses. Rapidité de déploiement et de customisation ( modification), bien que la rédaction prends du temps si vous avez plusieurs parties du cours et c'est normal. \[caché sensible contenu\] reste disponible par email et téléphone Possibilité d'ajouter le LMS en sous-domaine ( de votre URL principal) pour les versions PRO

Pros

Le fait de pouvoir transférer des contenus déjà existants et éviter de perdre du temps à tout recréer dans un nouveau LMS. Son hébergement de données en France de plus en plus demandé par les clients.

Cons

Il faut tout de même avoir un peu de notion "technique" pour mettre en forme les contenus.

L'interface administrateur de MOOCit est idéale et permet un gain de productivité immense comparé à celle développée par d'autres prestataires Open Edx. Le tout est aussi vivant et évolutif ; l'équipe continue de développer des fonctionnalités utiles et pertinentes.

Cons

Plus une recommandation : envoyer un topo mensuel/trimestriel au client pour faire le point sur les nouveautés.

Pros

Ce que j'apprécie le plus chez MOOCit, c'est sa convivialité. L'interface est intuitive, rendant la navigation facile tant pour les formateurs que pour les apprenants. La compatibilité mobile est un autre point fort, permettant un accès aux cours à tout moment. J'apprécie également la richesse des fonctionnalités collaboratives, notamment les forums de discussion et les groupes de travail, qui encouragent une interaction constructive entre les apprenants. Le support multimédia est également très bon, supportant une variété de formats de contenu qui enrichissent l'expérience d'apprentissage.

Pros

MOOCit arrive toujours à trouver une solution à nos problèmes et gère très bien le backend de la plateforme. En 6 ans d'utilisation, nous n'avons dû avoir que 2 incidents durant lequel le site n'a pas été disponible et cela a été rapidement résolu.

Cons

La communication est parfois lente (et technique) pour les questions relatant à des sujets que MOOCit estime être peu importants... mais nous avons mis en place un système où toutes nos requêtes marquées "urgentes" sont traitées rapidement. Nous savons que les autres seront traitées à un moment donné.

L'accès à l'utilisateur est vraiment facilité, c'est fluide. La version mobile est bien conçue, agréable de ne pas avoir besoin de télécharger une appli de plus juste pour suivre un mooc...Côté administration, c'est simple également, facile à personnaliser (types de médias...), avec des options utiles notamment côté inscription (choix de la visibilité, possibilité d'ouvrir largement ou de n'ouvrir qu'à une liste d'invité...) Le système des cohortes est très bien conçu et permet de proposer des contenus différents à des cibles différentes (origines géographiques des apprenants, leur âge...)

Cons

Les certificats sont peu personnalisable et pas téléchargeables en PDF par l'apprenant

Sur le conseil d'une autre association et après avoir étudié le marché, ça correspondait à notre besoin associatif à savoir des moyens humains et financiers limités pour toucher une large cible (plusieurs milliers d'apprenants).
