Very happy with the tool, I can't work without it. It helps me and my colleagues prioritize on accounts that needs improvement.

Pros

I'm most happy about pro active monitoring of our Google Ads en META accounts and the fact that juniors can easily improve results and find errors via the tool. Also, the new AI section is really good. I've been using it for some accounts to deep dive and it works just fine!

Cons

So far, META isn't at the same level as Google Ads monitoring but they have this on the roadmap. This is coming in the next few months.

Pros

What I like most about TrueClicks is the peace of mind it provides. The real-time budget tracking and anomaly detection act as an essential safety net for our PPC campaigns. Knowing that the tool is constantly monitoring for sudden spend spikes, broken tracking, or disapproved ads allows our team to focus on strategy rather than constant manual health checks. On top of that, the new AI assistant has been incredible for efficiency. Instead of digging through data, we can ask the AI direct questions about account performance, and it instantly highlights the exact areas that need attention. It saves our team hours of manual health checks and allows us to focus entirely on strategy It has saved us from costly mistakes more than once.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. The tool does exactly what it promises. If I had to name something, it could be the opportunity to have a performance dashboard for basic performance-metrics.

I am generally satisfied. Also with the support team that can be reached easily and usually responds pretty quickly.

Pros

The platform is quick and easy way to create daily audits of my client account portfolio, and detect relevant actions that need to be done with a high or low priority.

Cons

That there are no AI based recommendations on what can be done to improve the results we are seeing in the account. Optmyzr has those features for example and that really makes reporting and insight sharing easier for us as advisors. Another thing is that we cannot make changes directly in Trueclicks that would be reflected in Bing.

They have improved the tool since its launch, adding amazing new features all the time. Try it for free to experience its value for yourself. If you audit Google Ads, this tool will be your best friend.

Cons

At the moment, I can't think of any disadvantages. The first time, you need to go through all the options and do a few test runs, but there's nothing negative I can tell you about it.
